I have been trying to withdraw my winnings of £30 from this company since 28/10/24. Whenever I ask when my winnings will be paid or the reason for the the witholding of my funds i have an email which says it has been passed onto the team and then nothing. They also text you after 11pm to entice you to gamble. Finally if you win and want to withdraw your winnings you are charged a fee. Disgraceful behaviour. An update. I have now received my winnings on 11/11 which is 2 weeks after I won. This was after numerous emails which the reply was we have sent it to the appropriate dept and then nothing. I finally went to the chat and got it sorted by a nice lady and the amount(less fee) was transferred to my bank account. I do not feel the need to change my rating as I was fobbed off many times. I have now been suspended for writing this blog. Trust them at your peril!

What a total joke these are!! I put £40 deposit down with the bonus spins they where offering. I won £2100 and put in withdraw request. They wanted id proof and a copy of my wage slip, which I sent, and they are refusing to pay me now!! I won that money fairly, I am fuming and will be taking this further. Don't waste your money they just trick you!! 🤬

Deposit and cannot play

Absolute joke of a company. Made a deposit on 30/10/24 but cannot play anything. So I tried to withdraw my deposit. Now they are requesting documents from me which I have provided in hope they will give me back my deposit immediately. To this date, I still don't have my deposit back. Don't waste your time here. They will hold your deposit hostage.

Don’t waste your money here

I tried to withdraw 200 pounds,I wait 10 days and I didn’t receive any money,I asked them how long I have to wait and they said that I have to wait between 7-21 days but know when I tried to log in in my account I saw that they closed my account ( they said I ask for that but is not true). I have won a fair few times and…

I have won a fair few times and withdrawals have always been in within the hour. I won £4500 yesterday and was asked to provide ID and documents which was approved very quickly. Still however waiting for my withdrawal to be approved. I shall update once withdrawal has been received!

Unable to withdraw funds!!!!!

Seems i'm not the only person now not being able to withdraw funds, been 4 days now and been in touch with customer support. Have been told its a "technical fault" which i am now believing is a massive con. Have £300 in funds sitting in my account that they will not release

Worst Casino site I have ever…

Worst Casino site I have ever encountered,

Spent over £1000 And Not even One little win .

It's a joke,

Went on and it was a very confusing site.

Even after depositing money it asked me for more tk play a game.

Cancelled all bonuses and withdrew my money which cost me £1 transaction charge ... Never been charged on any other site and told it could take 6 days!!

Needs taking down everybody be warned!!!!

Unable to withdraw

Update: Day 2 and still unable to withdraw. Staff say its a technical error across their site. Don't care I just want my money! No one can give me an answer. Doesn't matter how many times I try to clear down my bonuses, it won't work even tho I have £160 in real money and 0 in bonus money.

Unable to withdraw! It says to clear down bonuses. I have done this 5 times and still can't withdraw my real money. Spoke to an advisor on chat called Ceasar and even he was confused. He said hes escalated this and to try again later. I want my money back!

Keeps winnings

This site is an absolute joke
Wont pay out winnings after over a week.
Customer service keeps telling me it’s being reviewed
Yet there terms and conditions state 48 hours and then withdrawals are processed and released
THIS IS NOT TRUE
I Have over £600 in winnings that they will not release or process
Complaint to gambling commission made.

7 days waiting and counting, Avoid at all cost, they will make it impossible to withdraw.

Deposits are instant and with multiple options, but once you want to withdraw to the same payment method you used to deposit , they will begin asking for documents with a fair amount of information on them, statements and photos of the card from and back.

Customers support have very little English and are super slow to answer, I dealt with a couple different ones none had a clue what document the (supposed) finance team needed to allow withdrawal.

Honestly just avoid them. I have reported my case to uk financial regulator.
