I ordered on 25/09/25, a got a Shopify notification. After a week of no more contact or dispatch, and no item arriving I emailed and called several times. No reply to email. Nobody picked up the phone or returned my voicemail. It was holding an entire job up. On 04/10/25 I was sent a refund with no explanation at all. I emailed to enquire why the refund was sent. As of today (20/10/25) they have sent no response. Absolute waste of my time and would never recommend to anyone, mainly due to the complete lack of communication by phone or email.

Very easy to order and came quick

I had to contact the company after tracking my order it falsely reported it had been delivered. The company looked into the problem and immediately sent out my order with next day delivery. The item i had ordered was excellent and I was very happy with the quality and price.

I want to be straight I got exactly what I ordered my only problem was the communication the delivery took a while coming and I sent a couple of emails asking for an update with no reply. It’s eventually turned up and was fine. I just thought I would mention that. don’t expect any communication.👍

Placed order on 6th September, and received email saying it would be delivered on 11th September [today]. Order Tracking didn't work [message received morning of 9th Sep saying order had been delivered 2 hours previously, but this was an error, and I was told that my order would be despatched on 10th September for delivery today. Tracking System still not working, so phoned this afternoon to get name of Courier to track delivery. Promised call back in 20 minutes didn't happen, so phoned again and was told that the order has not been cut, but that it will be cut and despatched tomorrow, 12th September for a Saturday delivery. I rather doubt that this will happen, given the shambolic proceedings to date

UPDATE 12th September
The debacle continues - the goods have been despatched and I have a Tracking Number. Unfortunately, this is for the wrong address, despite my asking for confirmation that the goods would be sent to my new address, the one I quoted on the order! Phoned the Sales Office at 18:15, supposed to be open until 19:00, and it's shut for the weekend ...
What an utterly useless and incompetent operation Kingdom Plastics.

Quick delivery , quality material at reasonable price

First class service everything went fine apart from the delivery company who delivered my product damaged,so contacted Aaron at kingdom plastics,who was All apologetic and swiftly got my replacement order in progress, which was well appreciated, they arrived yesterday and I got them fitted,totally delighted,will use in the future if I need anything again,I totally recommend kingdom plastics
