I started using UKStockSale.com in September this year. My order was urgent, so I phoned them after placing it, as I couldn't see an order confirmation email and they could not have been more helpful. Incidentally - they provide updates via PayPal messages as that's how I paid.
Since then, I have place 6 more orders,and have spoken with them frequently. On more than one occasion if stock I asked for was not available to despatch the same day (I order multiples at a time), they contacted me to offer an alternative option (Part shipment, alternative product) and on one occasion even travelled at short notice themselves to collect inventory I needed.
I cannot praise them enough.

Ordered a bathroom fan. It didn't arrive I called the contact number and got a refund same day.

Don't use this company. It is a scam.
Purchase a tracksuit via the website, and wanted to return it, but there's no address to return it too. I emailed the company, its been over a month and no reply.

Placed an order by mistake for an inspection chamber.
Emailed to cancel within minutes of it being placed. Tried to call multiple times and no answer.
Product arrived and now struggling to process a return.

Update: a week later still no contact and the telephone number just rings with no answer.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WONT BE ABLE TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUES
