Well what can I say
Well what can I say?
What an amazing company and customer service I received.
I ordered a very large piece of perspex to cover my 75inch tv after my partners disabled son broke it.
The tv was repaired at a cost to ourselves but I wanted to prevent this happening again so I thought this would be the solution.
I did have to email after 10 days and still no item but as soon as I did they where on the case.
The item turned up 2 days later but the delivery company broke the item and it was no longer fit for purpose.
The first thing I did was email kingdom plastics with photos 10 minutes after I checked the item on delivery.
Within 15 minutes of my email being sent I had a phone call from Aaron.
Aaron was so understanding, considerate, and extremely helpful. He asked what the item was for, explained everything and offered an upgraded item in compensation for the inconvenience.
When that item arrived it was to Aaron's word, perfect.
So I then ordered 4 more of that item to fit my home built summer house I'm building. Again I had to email the company about my item after 10 days but once again they where on the case and they arrived two days later.
The customer service I received was absolutely unreal, they pride themselves on that and their reputation so good for them.
This company is now my go to for any type of plastic sheets I need, cut to my size and with customer service like that will always be.
I cant recommend them enough.
Yes I did have to email them both times about my order after 10 days but the website sates 10 days so its expected by myself.
Thanks again to Aaron and his help and to your managers he deserves a pay rise.

The product and customer service is…
The product and customer service is good, and I am happy with it. Unfortunately they use Evri to delivery their items which really is detrimental to the experience. Evri manage to loose an order and damage the second order.
