Friendly, knowledgeable and so so helpful

Most of the time as a contractor one needs to get some things done fast and efficiently due to prioritys one has on the job. Sanjaye (sales rep @ Kingsbridge) was both fast and efficient with getting my required insurance cover over the line in place, all it took was a simple telephone call with Sanjaye (no faffing about online with endless typing) just answered some questions over the phone with Sanjaye, and he quoted in writing via email my insurance cover within a few minutes at a very competitive price to what you would get online but without all the faffing around. Kingsbridge was recommended to me, and now I will recommend Kingsbridge to other contractors that are looking for fast and efficient insurance services at online prices.

Everything was explained to me very thoroughly prior to an agreement being made.

Good at setting a policy up but when it comes to cancelling and getting your refund, terrible. - still waiting on refund that should have come back two weeks ago. One (slow) reply initially and now radio silence. When I’m back working outside IR35, I will be going elsewhere.

Kingsbridge was by far the simplest and most transparent insurer to work with in getting business insurance set up. They offered good value, excellent customer service, and business cover where other insurers weren’t willing.

She was also very proactive and always easy to reach either on the phone or by email and was a great help in getting my payment set up and the contract confirmed quickly, which made the whole buying process really straightforward and stress-free.
