Hassle free Renewal efficiently completed
Renewal was easy and efficient. Paperwork was simple and clear and staff were helpful and courteous.
Price was slightly higher than last year, but not worth the trouble of performing a full open market review.
Only issue I would mention was slow paperwork. Initial letter was dated 26th March, but not apparently mailed until 2nd April (2nd Class) and not received until 15th April!!
