An amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door. Conor was very welcoming, offering coffee whilst I waited for my appointment. After having my eyes tested, Conor, and his colleague Lisa, were wonderful. They offered me a variety of frame, and provided helpful opinions on which looked best. Upon returning to collect my new frames, Conor was again brilliant. He made sure that the glasses were comfortable, and fitted properly. I’ll definitely be using Kingsbridge opticians again in the future!

I met with Shane for a review eye test and he was very professional and organised. He took the time to fully look and test my eyes this has never been done at any other opticians. Shane explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease. Conor and Andrea at the desk where so helpful took there time with me, made me feel welcome and helped me find and answered anything I needed !! You will definitely not get this anywhere else!

Service that is above superb. Eye test spotted an existing problem, and instant advice and treatment (2 weeks in and it is working well). Visual range testing and immediate results. Lisa provided excellent advice on the wide range of frames and fitting. Definitely a cut above the standard high street providers and no more expensive. There is a wide range of frames to suit all budgets from designer to Kingsbridges own very competitively priced frames.

I have always experienced such genuine friendliness and complete professionalism from the team at Kingsbridge Opticians. From Conors initial courteous reception and great communication, to Shane's thorough and expert eye examination and advice, and finally lisa experienced and helpful guidance when choosing frames, all our visits were seamless, efficient and completely tailored around our needs. Would thoroughly recommend and would never go anywhere else..

Myself and my mother visited Kingsbridge Opticians in May 2024 . My mother was having a hearing test and wanted new glasses .
I wanted to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses. We had a lovely experience and the staff were very attentive and helpful. In particular a lady called Lisa was particularly helpful. She went out of her way to help me find a pair of frames that I was happy with .
My mother and I both were very happy with our glasses and would definitely return in the future . A lovely experience and nothing is too much trouble.

My experience at Kingsbridge Opticians was a very friendly and professional experience, being welcomed by Conor and having a very thorough eye test completed by Shane. Explaining the process as we progressed through the tests. There is a wide range of glasses available and the staff are very helpful when choosing your frames. Nothing was a bother, you can even have a tea or coffee while you browse. Will definitely be back. Thank you very much Kingsbridge, a pleasant experience from start to finish.

My experience at Kingsbridge opticians was Amazing. Had my eyes tested by their amazing optician on Tuesday. Lisa ,Conor And Megan were all amazing when helping me pick new frames. Helped me look at what would suit my face and listened to all my needs. By Friday my glasses were ready to collect. 5 Star Treatment all round.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. They were so patient with my young children and made a fuss of them, making each visit a positive expeirence for them. Shane, Conor and Lisa were so attentive. Communcation was prompt and easy! Thank you all, i highly recommend!

I first had my eyes tested by Shane Higgins in 2017. I was immediately impressed with Shane’s friendly manner and thorough approach. I have had regular checkups since then. The service is always first class.

When I needed cataract surgery in 2022 this was dealt with in the same helpful and efficient way, and the surgery was a complete success.

Andrena was a great help recently in helping me choose new frames from the excellent range available.
