The staff are all really helpful and knowledgeable.

Great experience (apart from being told I need my first glasses at 46!!!)
Shane is very professional and made me feel at ease. Efficient and speedy. Explained everything very well and ensured I have the correct lenses.
Lauren is very knowledgeable and helped hugely with selecting suitable frames.

Great service at Kingsbridge Charlotte the optician helped me to feel so relaxed with her friendly manner whilst giving my eyes a thorough examination. Charlotte was also happy to help me to select frames and lenses (lots of choices) Thanks also to Michelle who took time to talk me through options and giving me time to decide.

Great manner and knowledge

Cannot find any fault with the service and treatment I receive from Kingsbridge Opticians it is second to none. In particular Mr Shane Higgins is an excellent practitioner and makes every visit a pleasant experience because of his professional approach. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company and Mr Higgins to anyone.

I have been attending Kingsbridge Opticians for a number of years now. The staff in the practice are very pleasant and helpful. The opticians carry out thorough examinations and explain everything clearly. I can't rate them highly enough.

Shane is a fantastic optician. Great all round care and I’m a complex case so he takes no chances. My daughter and my husband now go to him as well. He’s also brilliant with kids and clearly loves what he does.

I have been to this opticians on many occasions and would rate them highly. Shane always has time to listen to me and to explain what he is doing. He is very thorough and I always feel that he cares about my eyesight.

Shane was simply outstanding. He immediately spotted a problem with my eye & sent me straight to the eye specialist at RVH. Underwent corrective surgery to save my eyesight. If it was not for Shane using his experience & taking immediate action I could have lost my eyesight.

The staff are very helpful and attentive, whether I am booking an appointment or choosing new glasses, they are always on hand to help out. Shane, my optometrist, is very knowledgeable, skilled and attentive and I know my eyecare is in safe hands with them. I highly recommend Kingsbridge Opticians for anyone looking for an optometrist or glasses.

Both myself and my husband had very recently started to attend Kingsbridge Belfast branch, the service and knowledge received by Shane our optician has been above and beyond my expectations, so much so he helped to diagnosis an eye condition and got me seen by a specialist the very same day which confirmed this, an eye condition I have suffered from for many years, the reception/sales staff are very welcoming and helpful. I am looking forward to healthier eyes and grateful to have found such a wonderful optician.

The young lady who gave me my eye test was extremely competent and very pleasant. Nigel was his usual charming and professional self. I am very pleased with my frames which arrived very promptly and how I was looked after by Kingsbridge.

We have had one of the best experiences at kingsbridge opticians. Right from the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome by reception staff. The team are friendly and accommodating and will do everything in their ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Our son has ASD and really benefits from the calm personalised approach offered by Shane and his team.

My experience was extremely positive. I I was /am recovering from cancer at the time and every test discussion etc was carried out with care and consideration. Cleuarly the depth &knowldge was manifestly applied in my case. Timing was super with everything done Within minutes of the schedule.all other staff were excellent any further eye issue will be resolve with this team. TB
