I had been to eye casualty and was still concerned about my eyes so I got an appointment with Shane. Within 10 minutes of seeing me and doing my eye test Shane had diagnosed the problem, phoned the eye casualty and got me an emergency appointment and since then I have been getting the treatment I needed. I couldn’t recommend Shane in Kingsbridge enough, absolutely superb service!

First Class Service

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed into a clean and updated environment. The staff were so friendly to me and made the entire experience enjoyable. My appt with Dr. Shane was timely, comfortable, and thorough. He took time to get to know me and listen to my concerns. I will be returning again! The complimentary coffee and tea was a wonderful touch on a cold and rainy day.

The best Opticians by far…
Our whole family attends Kingsbridge Optician including my three children. Shane has looked after each one of us with the utmost professional and personal care. My 3 kids all have had issues with their eyes and Shane's advice and care has been second to none, you will genuinely feel 'looked after' with these guys. There is a great range of glasses to chose from for adults and children and all come complete with a friendly and informative fitting service. All of the staff will go over and beyond to help you out and have done for us from day one. Nigel is normally the first staff member you meet as you go in. He will bend over backwards to get you what you need and all in a very quick time frame. Any time my kids have problems with their glasses, they say "Nigel can fix them"! I would highly recommend this Opticians and can honestly say I would never go anywhere else.
