The staff are always very friendly and approachable. They always endeavour to provide the best style, fit and priced glasses for your budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My teenage son also likes going here as he is treated appropriately, and with good craic!

I have been a customer of Kingsbridge Opticians for many years. Shane has been extremely good and professional in all this time. The latest technology and Shane's experience have been invaluable.

My father and I have been going to Kingsbridge Opticians for many years now mainly because of the first class service we received from Shane. Firstly, he is extremely knowledgeable, which of course you would expect but Shane will go above and beyond to ensure every detail is covered and is more than happy to explain anything in a very concise manner. He is exceptional when it comes to my elderly father and the level of patience he shows is simply wonderful! I have recommended the clinic to many friends and family and will continue to do so.

Had my annual eye test, as usual Nigel was friendly and gave me an update about changes to the practice (new equipment). Then Shane performed my eye test, explaining what he was doing and why, as well as, explaining the changes that he could see in my eyes. He reassured me about some concerns that I had and was happy to take as long as needed to explain these to me.

Shane and nigel were very prompt efficient and to the point. I feel my eyecare is in excellent hands

Shane is an excellent optician. He helped me recover from a situation of eye loss. Organising a very rapid appointment at RVH to ensure the eye was saved.

…..for many years, and have been seen at their Lisburn Road practice and Donaghadee practice for my glasses and most recently for contact lenses. The service I receive each time is fantastic from the first phone call to arrange and appointment to the consultation and after care. Richard should be very proud of all his team. Excellent, professional attention again for my annual eye test. As my eyes are changing, I am always impressed with the care Shane takes to find the right prescription, with good explanations. I have moved many times in my life and been to several different opticians - Kingsbridge is one of the best!

I recently visited Kingsbridge Opticians for my regular eye check. I found the whole team very welcoming and professional. There is a history of glaucoma in my family and the Optician gave me a very thorough eye examination and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I have been attending Kingsbridge Opticians for a number of years and would definitely recommend them.

Shane was great. I was hoping to be able to wear contact lenses again but knowing I have dry eyes was an issue. Shane went out of his to check my eyes and order the best possible lenses for me. They were so comfortable and my sight was amazing but my eyes turned out to be too dry, I had a hard time getting them out. I know Shane will look out for any new products for me in regards to my dry eyes. He has also been prescribed new glasses for me which are amazing. They are so professional and the equipment is top notch. I would highly recommend them.

As usual, welcomed and put at ease immediately by all staff. Reception attentive and helpful. Optician obviously proud of his work and up to date equipment - justifiably so. Time taken to listen and take note of my concerns. All very professional. Thank you.

I have been attending Kingsbridge Opticians for over 2 years. The staff are more than helpful. The place is extremely clean with the most up to date equipment. Appointments are readily available. I must mention Mr Shane Higgins who at a routine check diagnosed a problem with my eyes and very quickly I was given an appointment for further checks etc. Without this I may never have known anything was wrong. Shane explained everything fully and kept me informed along the way. I can't thank him enough for his care and positivity. Such a relief. So good to have places like this on our doorstep and not have to wait for results or treatment. Many thanks to all. I will be back for a check up in two weeks.

I had a very positive experience when I had my eyes tested in Kingsbridge Opticians and Hearing Care. Charlotte did a very thorough eye test, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. The staff in the store were most helpful and patient with me whilst I tried on just about every pair of glasses in the store. I am very pleased with my new glasses, and I would have no hesitation recommending Kingsbridge Opticians and Hearing Care.

My annual eyesight test was conducted with great professionalism and attention to detail, while employing a friendly and caring approach.
A full history was taken and I was provided the opportunity to ask questions and seek reassurance - for example regarding difficulty when driving at night, particularly if dazzled by the excessively bright headlights of oncoming traffic.
A comprehensive series of eye examinations was conducted which culminated in verification that my current spectacle prescription is optimised for both reading and distance vision.
It is easy to take good vision for granted and it is great to know I and my other family members are in such good hands when it comes to correcting and protecting our eyesight.
