Really attentive property manager in Andrii, also helped us with our relationship with the landlord and had our best interests as tenants. Andrii was always quick to reply and always had an answer to any queries and made life as a tenant as easy as possible.

We found a building we were interested in and contacted Kingsdene directly, they were very quick on their feet and we were able to secure a let the same day. So impressed with the professionalism and how well we were treated, in particular Kseniya - she worked so hard for us and we felt very well taken care of. Would work with them again 100%.

I had a very recent bad experience with the Manchester branch. Very unprofessional!
I viewed two properties, and I did offer on the spot, and both were available; they said no offer. The agent promised to send a message with all the necessary details. I received nothing, and I had to chase them by email and phone calls many, many times, and luckily they responded to the last call on next day to tell me, "It's my bad; I forgot to send the message and that someone this morning already paid the deposit", I ended up not having the opportunity even to submit an app. I made an offer on another property on the phone, which was available, and had to chase it multiple times. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency and unprofessionalism!

My boyfriend and I were looking at properties to rent however the letting agent wasn’t able to answer the most basic of questions about the property like the council tax bracket. We were eager to put a deposit down on the property and get it sorted that day; however, their system of applying through a simple text message is not an efficient method. My largest issue with the company is the lack of communication. I understand the the property market is very busy right now but that is no excuse for us having to send multiple messages and calls and having to wait ridiculous lengths of time for a simple answer to offer enquiries. On review of their service it might be that we dodged a bullet as it’s doesn’t fill me with confidence that they would be competent letting agents.

We were nervously edging close to completing on our new build apartment and Kingsdene (then JLL) came highly recommended to us as the top provider for lettings and property management services in Manchester. Oliver did not fail to impress and ensured we were looked after from day one with a smooth and straightforward on boarding. The fees were transparent and reasonable and the processes were fully explained to us.

We completed on our new build apartment in late December 2023 and Lauren made an extra effort to stay behind when she was supposed to finish early for Christmas so that we could get access and furnish it in time for viewings in the New Year.

Katy took some brilliant photographs of the apartment and the amount of interest we had from the advertising was overwhelming. We managed to get the apartment let out almost immediately at an excellent rent with a really good tenant - every landlords dream!

Nettie has kept open communication with us since the initial letting process, ensuring all documentation was completed and provided to us, including a professional inventory. She gives us regular updates to ensure we are always kept in the loop with our property. We are currently considering re-mortgaging, a daunting and stressful process for any property owner, and Nettie kindly liaised directly with the surveyors on our behalf to arrange a valuation for us.

I have used JLL, now Kinsgsdene, for several years in managing flats that I have in Leeds. They have been approachable, very helpful and offered much pertinent advice on how the flats can be best managed. Their fees are reasonable and I certainly feel I get value for the management fee charged. They have an excellent understanding of the present market conditions.
