I had an issue pushing from staging to live, with 3rd party integration, I was getting led astray by the LLM'S... I was able to finally reach out to support, and Vlad was immediately responsive, and walked me through the entire process, helping to get everything working properly. Kinsta has really gone downhill. After overspending thousands of dollars when I actually need them, there is no way to reach anyone by phone. Our site is down, causing us extreme damage to our business. Be aware!!!!

Kinsta's customer service blew away my expectations, completely.
After migrating my website by myself (they have a team dedicated to assist if you opt to have them do it) I came across a few issues about a month into my services. Their support team dove into the backend of my website and was able to find the issue within 5 minutes over a live chat. The problem wasn't even related to Kinsta, it was a combination of cloudflare/DNS settings and clashing plugins on my wordpress store causing icons and backgrounds to not appear.
They provided incredible step-by-step instructions on how I should navigate through those other websites to fix the issue, to operate my plugins, etc.
Totally blown away. The responsiveness, availability, deep knowledge of their and other products...unmatched.
Out of every service, company; anything I've ever used in my life (personal AND business) KINSTA has the best customer service I've ever experienced by a mile and it's not even close.
I said this in a live chat once, but you all have earned a lifetime customer based on the support received. Top tier platform based on customer service alone -- but their hosting reliability and speed is also Tier 1.

I appreciate that there are built in guardrails. When the initial response seemed dismissive, a senior engineer picked up and assured me they were in sync with my needs. 'Robert' the AI asst. needs work though. Fours stars.
