I'm really disappointed..

I'm really disappointed... when I received my order, I was asked to pay a €16 fee to collect it. However, the website's FAQ clearly states that they cover this and that there are no "surprise costs".

I sent an email and an Instagram message but still no response after a week.

I'd been following his work on social media for years, telling myself that one day I'd buy one myself... it breaks my heart.

I bought the Sakura Celeste Crossbody…

I bought the Sakura Celeste Crossbody Bag as a gift for my niece, and it was an instant hit. She loves cute things, animals, and videogames, so the playful design and embroidery were good for her style. But what impressed her parents most is how practical it is. The size is just right for everyday use—it comfortably fit her phone, a little book, pencil case, purse, and makeup without feeling bulky.

The fabric feels soft and strong, and I didn't think it felt flimsy or cheap. The leaf-shaped zippers were a hit with her. She said she'll be using it at school, so I was the hero for being practical.

Basically, the bag has a nice balance between cute and functional. She likes that it's stylish. It seems like an great choice for teens and young women who want something fun but actually useful.

Great experience — would definitely purchase again!!

I came across this shop on Instagram and decided to place an order, and it turned out to be a great decision. The crossbody bag is of good quality, it was packaged safely, and the shipping was fast. The bag looks just like the photos, with a really nice design and a solid, well-made feel. I did run into a small shipping issue, but Niamh handled it right away. I was Very satisfied overall and would definitely shop here again.

Great experience, will shop again!

I found this shop on Instagram and decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. My order arrived super quickly and looked exactly like the photos. The design is adorable and the bag feels really well made, not cheap or plastic like some online stores. I had a small delivery issue but Niamh sorted it out right away. Super happy with the whole experience.

Bought a Henry bag from Kirakira as a birthday gift for my sister and she adores it. It arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. The fabric feels nice and durable and the details are really cute. My only complaint is that Lilly wasn’t in stock, which is her favourite, but other than that it was perfect.

I ordered the Blathers bag and I’m so impressed with how much care went into it. The colours match perfectly and even the zipper has a custom little AC leaf charm, which is such a thoughtful touch. The material feels strong and really well made - much better than I expected for the price. You can tell there’s a lot of love behind these designs.

OMG cutest bag EVER

I’m literally obsessed with my Daisy Mae bag!! I’m a uni student and needed something cute but still practical for lectures, and it’s honestly perfect. It fits my iPad, notebook, snacks (of course 😅) nd still looks adorable. The quality is amazing, really sturdy but soft, nothing flimsy about it. You can tell Kira put a lot of thought into the design, even the zip has a tiny leaf charm! It arrived in just two days and was packaged so sweetly I almost didn’t want to unwrap it 🥹 Definitely wish I’d bought the turnip keyring too!

Do NOT purchase from Niamh (KiraKira)! She's a liar, a scammer, and a joke as far as a business owner. Do NOT do business with her, she does not hold herself to her own fluffy BS word. My situation is not exactly the same as the user below, but Niamh also owes me a refund and has stopped responding to emails entirely. She took MONTHS to respond to emails if at all. She constantly posts on her Instagram about how she's "answering emails!", but it's all performative BS. She brings a bad name to a generally amazing community!

Scammed

Scammed. Purchased a PRE-order item July 2024. Received email in October 2024 stating the order had shipped but no tracking number. It is MAY 2025, and still no item. I received a response ONCE from her. She did not give me a tracking number, or acknowledge my orders existence.

Since October, I have attempted to contact her SEVERAL more times to no avail. She scammed me out of 73$. I have not received the item that I PRE-ORDERED.

I’m so sorry for the frustration this caused. The pre-order was sent out on October 13th, 2024 via standard untracked shipping, so I wasn’t able to see where it went. When it didn’t arrive and wasn’t returned, I assumed it was lost in transit and issued a full refund of $73.31 on June 23rd, 2025.

I sincerely apologise for the delay of your refund - I had been waiting for the bag to be returned to me and when it didn’t show up, it slipped my mind.

I want to reassure anyone reading this that I am not a scammer. I have since made tracked shipping compulsory on all orders to ensure they arrive safely, so something like this doesn't happen again. I’m so grateful for the support of my small business and hope this reassures future shoppers.

Customer Service is Zero

Seller had sent the item, but never gave me the tracking number to let me know that the item was sent. Constantly checked the website for updates, but only stated I'd get the number once it has shipped. Unfortunately as I work a day job, I am unable to meet the delivery person unless I know when the package was shipped and due to arrive.
Contacted the seller a few times up to a month later for an update, but completely silent. No answer through email or social media.
Once I pursued a claim did they finally respond with the extremely late tracking number way past the scope of redelivery days.
Tried to be amicable and sort the situation out, but now I am getting more radio silence.
Once payment is received, seems they completely ignore the buyer.
Other reviews viewed stated that customer service is completely non existent once an item is bought and shipped.
