Peaceful, dignified and more accessible than the other option in the region. Family members are remembered there also.
Very nice place which is a comfort when you have to use the service and venue.

Because of COVID restrictions it’s difficult to give a full review, but under the circumstances we found everything to our satisfaction. The crematorium is beautifully set out with pleasant calm surroundings. The staff were very helpful with our needs and fulfilled everything we asked for. The gardens of remembrance are in beautiful settings and are very serene to walk around.

It was my wife Carol’s wish that her passing should be a joyous, colourful and uplifting event where her family and friends could celebrate her life. Whilst COVID-19 restricted the numbers present, the light, airy, modern surroundings of Kirkleatham Memorial Park was the ideal venue. The sympathetic use of information technology made it possible for our son to contribute his speech from the Philippines and for many of our family and friends to view the webcast. To borrow a phrase from one of our friends, the whole thing was, ‘Perfectly perfect.’

Very efficient and well organised during Covid restrictions

Recently attended the funeral service for my Mother in Law. The service was carried out with great respect and careful compliance with covid regulations. Although the funeral was very small the staff and funeral directors worked well together to ensure everything went well given the current difficult circumstances. The facilities at Kirkleatham memorial park are excellent and benefit from being relatively new and modern.

My mother’s funeral took place at Kirkleatham Memorial Park and cemetery. The minister who led the service was very good and the link to family and friends who couldn’t attend via webcast was excellent. There was a nice intimate atmosphere in the chapel and the web link enabled all her family to be there

The service was held in a beautiful setting. The systems and processes in place made the event go smoothly and respectfully. The remembrance garden is in a tranquil setting and offers the perfect place for reflection.

I only have one criticism of the service and that was one of the hymns how great thou art stopped after 2 verses,luckily our pastor managed to take the situation and read the rest of the song like a poem but it was a bit disappointing.

It is just a lovely place surround by countryside and industrial heritage and an area my late mother in law loved.

The location and presentation of the crematorium could not be faulted. Everything worked, all areas were very clean, screens were visible and instructions for guests clear. The webcast worked perfectly.
My only comment would be that both the entrance way and exit are rather exposed and prone to be windy, which, as you are currently obliged to wait outside, can be a bit cold for the elderly.

My mothers service was truly excellent and everything went to plan. The building was very attractive and the chapel was loveley and clean.

First class venue, very well organised and very reverent.
