Modern building set in a rural peaceful location. Only one funeral at a time and nobody waiting to go in when we came out as as has happened elsewhere,

Kirkleatham Crematorium is an excellent peaceful place with very professional, warm and helpful staff providing an excellent service at a very emotional time. A sincere thanks to them all again following the interment of my husband's ashes.
The only drawback was parking facilities. The car park is not big enough and we had to park on the country road verges leading to the village of Yearby. Not ideal and not very safe. I hope that the Memoria Company will reconsider expanding the car park on nearby ground.

The staff were very helpful and guided me through what was a difficult decision to make and it all went to plan on the dfay.

Always helpful office staff, extremely considerate ground staff, peaceful suroundings .

A professional and efficient service provided

This place is FANTASTIC, the service you receive from all the staff is second to none and it all comes from the manageress Gill. Your world has been devistated by the loss of a loved one, you walk through these gates and the team instantly try to turn your world around. Nothing is too much trouble, every little request, wish, they make happen, to make this a time you will remember with happiness, love and affection. My family and I cannot sing the praises of this place enough.
The grounds are always immaculate and that makes a massive difference to you when you visit to pay your respects.

Very Caring.
At a difficult time the patience and caring shown by the team at Kirkleatham was outstanding from organising the funeral service to later organising the burial of the ashes the team were fantastic. We never felt rushed and the grounds and areas are beautifully kept. a perfect resting place for our loved one.

I experienced a few issues with my late mams memorial however Gill and her team did there best to resolve them.

Me and my husband decided to have a plot so we could all be together when the Time comes,our son died suddenly and it helped us immensely to come to grips with our loss,

Nice people, good management and pleasant surroundings.

It is now almost 2 years since my brother died and I asked if it would be possible for a vase or something to be put near the obelisk as there is nowhere to put floral tributes on anniversaries.mwhen I was there at the weekend there is still no vase!

My father passed away 2 years ago and the staff were brilliant, they were caring and took time to show us around the gardens and explained all the plot options we could choose. Over the last 2 years when visiting the Crematorium the grounds are always kept looking fantastic
