The only good thing they have is their customservice. I talked with a woman named Andriana Nosal who always answered immediately and send me the ticket, after 3 emails.
They have a big problem, they take you the money and they do not send you any ticket, or any invoice. That is totally very upsetting, cause you have to send them emails and you really stress out. I think i had luck with their custom service.

Warning to everyone!!! Booked and payed a flight this morning, from London to Rome tomorrow. This afternoon 4pm this Kiss & Fly company contact (email) me saying that they did not manage to book my ticket (the one i thought I booked by using Kiss & Fly). They suggested another flight with a connecting landing in Arlanda Sweden (by the way, we come from Sweden so they are basically asking us to go home and change flight) that would take about 8h in total. There is a reason we booked a direct flight you morons. They are extremely unprofessional and I will do my best to tell everyone that this is the worst travel company I have ever used. I don't recommend anyone to use them. Not a chance in hell I would use them again. First and last time!!!

They cancelled my ticket becouse price was raised...... I had to buy next ticket 3 times more expansive at the last day before my journey. No recommend. They are from Nurnberg but they do not speak German ......

My credit card was stolen by this website. And I lost about 1200 eur when I booked the Turkish Airline. Now I was still in a disputing stage and I hope I can get my money back. The only thing I would say is that never trust this website, and they are just the helper of the theft. And they have no risk control process!!!!!!
You can just check the booking number #X8C9H15P, the payment is failed, but I am still charged for 1200 euro!

Hello! My experience with Kissandfly was a very good one! I was very skeptical reading so many negative reviews and that's why I waited until the vacation was over to post here. At one point I had some confusion regarding ESTA, but I received all the necessary information and support from Andriana Nosal and everything was resolved without any problems.
I recommend Kissandfly and I will definitely use their services again.

This agency has absolutely no added value. I booked a trip to US, but despite of being an EU citizen, the US authorities denied the ESTA waiver from me and from my 9 year old son, and it was too late to request a Visa. Although I was contacting kissandfly dozens of times, submitted many change (and refund) requests, I got absolutely no acceptable offers, and no willingness to help. My losses are 3k euros, so it is not a cheap adventure. I see no reason to book via such an agency. I will definitely go directly to airlines in the future.

Wir haben einen Flug bei Kissandfly von Nürnberg nach JFK via AMS gebucht und bezahlt.
Kurze Zeit danach hat die Fluggesellschaft die Flugzeiten geändert und uns auf einen anderen Flug umgebucht.
Gleicher Flug ab Nürnberg, aber späterer Abflug in AMS und ein zusätzlicher Zwischenstop in Boston mit viel Aufenthalt, so dass wir einen halben Tag später ankommen.
Dabei gibt es so viele Alternativen für ähnliche Flüge, auf denen wir gerne umgebucht worden wären.
Zunächst einmal das Positive: Die Erreichbarkeit von Kissandfly ist ziemlich gut, im Gegensatz zu manchen Wettbewerbern.
Aber: Die gute Erreichbarkeit der Hotline nützt nichts, wenn man nichts für den Kunden tut.
Unzählige Anrufe bei Kissandfly und immer das Versprechen bekommen, sich um das Anliegen zu kümmern, aber nichts ist passiert.
Auf Rückfrage heißt es immer, dass alle anderen Flüge ausgebucht sind. Das ist eine sehr fadenscheinige Ausrede, denn ich als Endkunde kann alle Alternativflüge bei Kissandfly problemlos buchen
Macht aber keinen Sinn, sonst zahle ich doppelt.
Dabei bin ich sehr flexibel und habe unzählige Alternativvorschläge gemacht, auch alternative Airports wie München und Frankfurt ins Spiel gebracht.
Sollte jemand diese Rezession bei Kissandfly lesen und doch noch für uns eine Lösung finden (was, wie oben geschrieben nicht schwer ist) würde ich diese Rezession im Nachgang noch entsprechen anpassen.
So aber vergebe ich die minimale Zahl Sterne und kann Kissandfly absolut NICHT weiterempfehlen.

We booked and paid for a flight with Kissandfly from Nuremberg to JFK via AMS.
Shortly afterwards the airline changed the flight times and rebooked us on another flight.
Same flight from Nuremberg, but later departure in AMS and an additional stopover in Boston with a long layover, so that we arrive half a day later.
There are so many alternatives for similar flights on which we would like to be rebooked.
Firstly, the positive: Kissandfly's accessibility is pretty good, unlike some of its competitors.
But: The good availability of the hotline is useless if nothing is done for the customer.
Countless calls to Kissandfky and always the promise to take care of the request, but nothing happened.
When asked, they always say that all other flights are fully booked. This is a very flimsy excuse, because as an end customer I can book all alternative flights with Kissandfly without any problems
But it makes no sense, otherwise I pay twice.
I am very flexible and have made countless alternative suggestions, including alternative airports such as Munich and Frankfurt.
Should someone at Kissandfly read this review and still find a solution for me (which, as written above, is not difficult), I would adjust this review accordingly afterwards.
As it is, however, I award the minimum number of stars and can absolutely NOT recommend Kissandfly.

WOrst experience ever. Did a ticket yeatserday it did not went through...message said "awaiting for agency confirmation". It was then cancelled and (hopefully) reimbursed.
I did another tkt this morning, 50$ more expensive, two hours ago, and still no sign of confirmation of this tkt either...
I mena, these things should be automatic.

I was really scary after purchasing my tickets because I found this listing of bad reviews. However, they answered really quick and handled everything well and I am a happy traveler now. The only problem I could think of is that the company is in Nigeria so if you need to make a phone call to the customer service that will cost a lot. But at least in my case that was not needed anyways because I got well answered, in here and also via email. Thank you very much!
