The service is very bad.....

The service is very bad and the staff are uncooperative. In addition, there is no assistance provided when requested. My flight was changed more than 10 times by the airline, forcing me to accept the changes without the ability to modify or cancel my booking. It is better not to book here.

The chat was very helpful

The chat was very helpful, because I don't know how to put correctly the visa/ESTA data in. I asked the the lady from the chat did it. A couple of minutes later everything was finished - good job!

Everything went well

Everything went well, I did not receive an invoice though and I wonder why this is the case, when other companies send one right after you book/pay. however, customer service chat replied promptly and forwarded my request to the responsible team assuring me Id receive it quickly. Lets see how that goes but all in all a good experience.

SCAM

SCAM! SCAM! This is a HUGE scam company. They even had the courtesy to respond to my email, making fun of me, giving me a completely different email address from what I've used to log in, and told me to log in with that made-up email address. Firstly, it took them no more than one minute to respond. Right after I figured out what the deal was, they stopped responding to any of my emails. DON'T TRUST THEM AND NEVER USE THEM.

Great experience and cheap prices

Great experience. Customer services were very quick in responding to my queries. Its always nice to have this. Mrs. Maria, on the other side was very helpful in answering. For me it was a good option since the prices were cheaper as compared to other options and services were nice and quick.

Not only they have a great price but great costumer services

Not only they have a great price but their costumer service is super easy to use. They answered my question immediately and it was really easy to make the changes that I wanted to make. Overall I'm super happy with the service and will definitely book with kissandfly again.

They are scammers

They are fraudulent! They charge $621.68 USD for seat upgrades for two trips and hold it for two weeks. After that, they send a "regret letter" informing you that they are unable to upgrade seats for one flight. They provided a refund of $130 USD, which is LESS THAN 20%. WHAT A FRAUD!
Customer service is awful; emails are not responded to.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Booked the flight and they cancel because they said flight fare had increased. They took the money and therefore had a contractual obligation to fulfill the flight purchase. This is a complete complete scam and is actually contractually illegal. At worst they should be making up the difference in cost. I will be reporting to government regulators.

No refund less than 24 hours after booking!

Payment was difficult and when I tried to cancel less than 24 hours after booking, it was denied. Not even a credit was offered. Only time this has ever happened. It has never been this difficult changing a booking from any other company. I am now out $500 without a return ticket home.

never again

never again ! one day after my order the status is still as processing ! During this time I have tried to contact to the company hundred times and each time I was delayed with the answers. They did not accept cancellation or they did not issue my tickets. Its just one day in front of my flight and I have still waiting this terrible company to conclude my order while all prices going up. Most horrible experience ever, never again with this company !!!

Website needs improvement, but good customer support on the chat

I couldn't add handluggage to my flight on the website, so I went to the chat. A person named Olha Semenkova was available right away and was able to solve my problem within two minutes. The website needs improvement, but the chat was very helpful.
