I recently booked multiple flights through Kissandfly. Unfortunately, one out of the four flights was cancelled by the airline. Kissandfly’s only solution was to request a substitute connection from the airline, which I agreed to. However, it has been seven days without any progress.
Whenever I ask specific questions such as:
When do you expect the issue to be resolved?
Did you try calling the airline?
Do you have proof that the airline received your inquiry?
What is the airline’s response so far?
Are there any other alternatives?
What are the consequences if you fail to provide me an alternative connection?
I receive the same generic response: “Kissandfly is doing all they can and are waiting for the airline’s reply. Please wait.”
This lack of action and transparency is unacceptable, especially since my flight to the US is in five working days and I need my tickets to initiate the ESTA process. The continuous delays and lack of concrete information are causing significant stress and inconvenience.
I urge Kissandfly to improve their communication and customer service. Customers deserve commitment and proactive solutions, not just warm words.
Update Oct/13 - The below reply from to this rating follows exactly the same scheme, the same generic answer: "“Kissandfly is doing all they can. The airline's reply is the delay.” But is doing "Kissandfly" everything they do? I don't think so, because this is not matching my personal experience with the airline. When calling I was within minutes connected to a very helpful employee from the airline. I completed an online request, and within 4 days the airline replied - on a Sunday! Does "Kissandfly" actually tried to call the airline? Why is "Kissandfly" not getting feedback even after one week? There is something off here, and I feel it is not related to the airline.

I eaisly reach the customer services when i need to change me ticket, you can find someone to talk when you need. I dont understand 2.6 rating actually, it is a good site.

Very happy with the support of Mrs Adriiana Nosal.
After two unfruitful attempts to get my flights I was told that the booking had failed (my credit card Company had just changed Banks and a rot of things did not work die to this change), but my credit card account was charged, but I did not receive a confirmation for the flights I actually could book in my third attempt.

Really my rate for this company zero because that doesn’t help kiss fly. We have a very bad customer service with Italy airline make me first lose my ticket cause I tried to change my flight time before and I tried to contact the customer service. The key emailed me to say we will reach out. We will reach you. We will reach you out until I miss my ticket and then I buy a new ticket From Saudi Arabia to Washington DC because this kiss Fly doesn’t help at all. This is happening with me the second thing my family four people my wife my three kids fly time August 31 at 4:45 in the morning so my wife my three kids has been in the airport Egypt airport at 3 o’clock in the morning, but no one in the boarding at 3:30. No one in the boarding houses and my wife asking for somebody to help somebody coming out and they say the gate is closed. The gate is closed before the flying for at least half hours sitting in a plane in the airport for one and a half hours was lying. This is lying lie a lot , I pay $5000 for my $1600 for my ticket I lose bought because these people have very bad customer service when I try to contact the company for my family in the same time they tell me if I have to pay $8000 to get them any United Airplane or if I wanna refund I have to pay $500 This is for each ticket how are you guys? Are gonna trust this company if I wanna pay more money if you’re not handle my situation how I’m gonna trust kiss fly or Italy airline After you guys do this with me so now my family is going home and I have to pay again new tickets to get my family to United States because this is our home because you guys are still in my money. kiss fly. I was nervous to book with this company because of all the negative reviews. As their prices were so much cheaper, I chose to risk it. Mistake. I am trying to check into my flight and constantly getting the message that my booking does not exist. The customer service line doesn’t take you to a real person. I have not received an email reply and I fly today. I recommend spending a little extra for peace of mind. I hope to sort the problem out at the airport today. Avoid.
Update:
The nonchalant response to this review is not only frustrating but inaccurate. The reason you were unable to reach me by phone was because I was busy booking a train ticket. A 250€ cost that I had to cover in order to rectify your error. I called your company back 5 minutes after I missed your call and spoke to a rude and accusing agent. Here is the series of events:
1. Read horrible reviews, risk it, book with kiss and fly
2. Receive confirmation with booking and ticket number. Relieved.
3. Try to check in to my flight the day before. Discover that my booking does not exist.
4. Call kiss and fly. No answer. Strangest automated system I have ever encountered
5. Send email desperately trying to understand the problem. Still waiting for a reply to that, by the way.
6. The next morning, still no reply. Still cannot check in
7. Call airline to find out that there is no booking to my name and the ticket number does not exist
8. Call kiss and fly. Finally reach someone who tells me they will email me back. I decline an email and request a call back. Wait
9. Start trying to find new ways home. Book train ticket for 250€ because time is running out. Book new bus for 50€.
10. Receive a new booking number and ticket number. See missed call from kiss and fly
11. Quickly Call kiss and fly to make sure I actually have a booking and can, in fact, check in. The agent was super rude, asking what booking number I was using. I said the one that was sent to me with the original confirmation. She said it was the wrong one and accused me of not entering the proper information. I said I only was able to enter what I received and was given a new booking and ticket number after I tried to solve the problem myself.

While I do appreciate the call back and the functioning ticket number, this should never have happened and the agents should have been way more professional. Their mistake caused me so much stress these past 24 hours and an extra 300€ in a desperate attempt to try and get home.
