I booked a direct domestic flight via kissandfly. After booking, I noticed that there aren't any direct flights on this route. They sold me a flight with one stopover even though it says it is a direct flight in the booking confirmation. As if that wasn't enough, the flight doesn't even start at the airport I booked from but from another airport 80km away.

Allowed us to book onto a flight which when we got to the airport we found out it did not exist & now they will not issue a refund.

They were ready to help. I did not have to wait much for a reply about how to do a check in. I lt did not work at first (my mistake) the agent replied sooo helpful and calm. It was a good experience and I would recommend their services 100%

Scammers, cancel your flights for no reason and ask you for more money if you want to rebook.
The client support consist in Indians and eastern europeans that barely know how to speak english. Very unreliable and uselless.
I hope they bankrupt.

I booked a Business Class Ticket through kiss and fly and got downgraded on my way back. The airline said Sorry for the bad circumstances and apologized with a voucher but confirmed multiple times that I was eligible for the refund of the difference in fare. Kiss and fly argued that I was not, which was clearly wrong. After publishing a review here they said they would be working on it and asked for patience. I have not heard back from them and they clearly are playing a game. The incident was end of November and it is March now. Would not book with them again!

I bought a ticket to Mexico for a price and I got charged 150 more than the price of the ticket+commission.They took the money from the account! Triend to call the costumer service numer and it doeant exist so I sent an email. Tehy denay they took the money even though Ive swnt them the bank receipt.
Isn't worth it. It's better to pay a little bit more from a known agency!
Beware of them!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We paid twice for the flight to and from Abu Dhabi, as the check-in was impossible online to make without paying extra at the airport! I stayed for a whole 24h in contact with the costumer service and NOBODY did anything to help us. Have we not paid, we would have lost our flight on both ways! NO REFUND and no explanation from them at all!!!

I landed to the Kissandfly website through Skyscanner. I was worried due to so many bad reviews, but I found the online booking process easy to follow and the communication about the booking status clear and efficient. The ticket was issued in less than 12 hours and over night time. I would consider booking my flights again with them.

I had the absolute worst experience booking with Kissandfly.de. Initially, the ticket price was $373, which seemed reasonable. However, after booking, they claimed they needed payment verification, which turned into a tedious back-and-forth process that took over two hours via email.
First, they asked for my card details (partially hidden, including the CVV), which I provided as instructed. Then, they suddenly demanded my card together with passport photos , which felt invasive and completely unprofessional.
After all the hassle and wasted time, they finally “completed” the process, only to contact me the next day and say the ticket prices had changed, and my booking was no longer available at the same price. They promised to refund my money, but I am still waiting for the refund.
This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Even in my worst times, I will never book tickets with Kissandfly.de again. Avoid them if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!

I booked my flight on 04.12.2024. The money got deducted from my bank but didnot recieve the tickets.
0512.2024 : recieved an E-Mail with the confirmation of payment and mentioned as long soon as the Flight company confirms the reservation they would issue the ticket. It will take upto 48 hrs.
Same day after 12 hrs they sent one more Email stating Ticket became expensive and i have to pay additional 135 € inorder to book the ticket. Then i asked them for the refund of my money as there were no tickets been booked. I recieved a E-Mail confirmation that the Payment will be cancelled and I will recieve the money.
Since then thes are giving some or other lame excuses like technical problem, Finance deparment is looking into it ....
12.12.2024: They said i will get the money not later than 16.12.2024 and today they saying me to wait till 20.12.2024.
The experience: very frustrating to get my money. I need my money.

Update 1: 17.12.2024 , kissandfly finance department has contacted me for the account details. Even though they have the details. Sent them again.Not received any communication afterwards.
Update 2: 18.12.2024, received the refund.
