To Hume it may concern i perches 5 packs of number 27 from luxyl beauty supply Stockton 963 west march ln.(VIVATRESS pre-stretched HYPOALLERGENIC) for some unknown reason my scalp is itchy and red. I like the color but its a lie about HYPOALLERGENIC i used this same hair and brand for 7 years.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Their customer service is truly top tier. They work with you to make sure you’re happy. The quality of the hair is also beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. They’ve definitely gained a lifetime customer in me!

I mistakenly ordered incorrect wig.
After receiving it, I contacted the kisslove hair customer service & wowwww they were very helpful & gave options & I decided to go with an exchange to the correct hair.
Wowwww, they sent me the new hair.
It was really fast! I was extremely impressed by their customer service they kept in the loop in every stage until I received my hair.
Am so happy & highly recommend big time.

Wig is very thin even though supposed to be 180% so the length is missing about 2 inches if you consider the length cutting short at the ends of the unit are basically nothing but strays

Kiss love I most definitely do have an order. The order number is KS36960. The wig is thin. After further getting into it and trying to make it work, it does not even lay properly. Waste of money at this point. I have ordered several human hair wigs from online and this one was not up to standard at all.
I will say the hairline is nice. Texture is accurate.

well the ordering was easy and the wig came quick but I ordered a 18inch kinky with natural hairline. I go like a 14inch. to quality was really bad. lets talk about the return process. It says to chat about your issue. its not a chat, they want you to put in your issue and then say o no one is here at this time. we will respond later. then it is not a chat. you just wanted me to sent a text and wait 48 hours for a response. I want what I paid for and not have to jump through hoops to get a response on how to return

I don’t know who are doing these reviews, but it is clearly a lie. There is another page that most customer said that they have been waiting for weeks to receive their unit. I was told that the service would be quick and easy. It has been everything but!! please just give me my money.

The hair, the packaging, everything was on point and so much better than I expected. I’ve bought several wigs from Kisslove and will continue to buy many more. I get compliments on my hair all the time and always tell people if they want quality hair, go to Kisslove

I was sceptical and wasn't expecting much The wig went beyond my expectations. the texture...wow! The hairline amazing. I've bought countless wigs but so far I cannot fault this one. Time will tell. Additionally hair the staff responds promptly to messages.

The wig I purchased from Kisslove Hair is not the wig I received. I immediately contacted the company to advise them of the problem. I was asked to send a picture of the wig. The company asked for a picture, so they can deny the wig. I informed the company that I was sending the wig back. The company repeatedly asked for a picture instead of providing me with a return address. I returned the wig to sender. The company then claimed I sent the wig to the warehouse, and not directly to the company. kissLove Hair is a Scam.

I ordered my hair over 2 wks ago and they are saying it’s due to clearance but clearance wasn’t done til 3 days ago so still was 2 wks later . I am asking for a refund . They keep trying to do a replacement and resent it , but they will be another 2 wks and they are not answering what happened to my original order. The tracking # was fake . They are refusing to refund me cause I made a negative review . They are very unprofessional and rude . I have msgs from WhatsApp to show proof.

I ordered a wig from this company and it was everything I imagined it to be. There were no gimmicks or scams. The wig showcased on the website is the exact same wig that was delivered to me. I received so many compliments on my hair. I will be purchasing this hair again as I like the texture and feel of it. This company is the best and stands on quality and affordability.

The full lace wig from KissLoveHair is super soft, true to length, and easy to install. The lace melts beautifully and looks very natural. Minimal shedding — I love it! 💕

I have ordered wigs off this website 3 times now. The first time I did reach out to the company because I wasn’t getting no updates regarding my order and I was confused on why I wasn’t being provided with information letting me know if it was being processed or if my order was started. Yes the wait limit for the wig to get to me took awhile but it’s definitely worth the wait because the wig looked exactly like the pictures that are being shown.
