I ordered my hair over 2 wks ago and they are saying it’s due to clearance but clearance wasn’t done til 3 days ago so still was 2 wks later . I am asking for a refund . They keep trying to do a replacement and resent it , but they will be another 2 wks and they are not answering what happened to my original order. The tracking # was fake . They are refusing to refund me cause I made a negative review . They are very unprofessional and rude . I have msgs from WhatsApp to show proof.

I ordered a wig from this company and it was everything I imagined it to be. There were no gimmicks or scams. The wig showcased on the website is the exact same wig that was delivered to me. I received so many compliments on my hair. I will be purchasing this hair again as I like the texture and feel of it. This company is the best and stands on quality and affordability.

I have ordered wigs off this website 3 times now. The first time I did reach out to the company because I wasn’t getting no updates regarding my order and I was confused on why I wasn’t being provided with information letting me know if it was being processed or if my order was started. Yes the wait limit for the wig to get to me took awhile but it’s definitely worth the wait because the wig looked exactly like the pictures that are being shown.

I had a appointment with my beautician…and she was very disappointed with the-quality of my hair and the closure I purchased!! The closure is very thick it doesn’t lay down flat!! The hair is very thin and frizzy!!! I would NEVER purchase anything from this company. To resolve the situation they offered me a $20.00 credit????

I paid for kisslove newborn hairline kinky straight 360 wig and I got a frontal straight kinky wig with a hairline that is completely opposite to what they are advertising. I have contacted them, and I was asked to snap what I got which I did, all I got as response was that they sent me a picture and since then they haven't spoken to me since then.
I am so DISAPPOINTED.
Please they don't sell what they are advertising

You asked me to snap the wig which i did and clearly it's not a 360 wig. Please should a 360 wig have weaving at the middle. This is a frontal wig.
And the frontal which was clearly why I bought it in the first place, is so so so different from your advert. So please it is not a 360 wig and the frontal is not what you said it is

Placed a custom color order for a kinky curly drawstring half wig. The ordering process was smooth. They communicated quickly and showed me pictures before the final product. It only took about a week for them to do thecustomization and it the extra fee wasn't expensive. I would definitely order with this company again.

I would love if they had more salt and pepper wet and wavy wigs Even when you hit custom it really doesn’t give you that option

I came into contact with this company through the internet. I browsed through their selection of wigs and placed an order. It arrived about a week later. When I opened the package (not the package that the wig was wrapped in) I saw that it was the wrong color…so I reached out to the company via email, and they responded promptly to my issue. They were VERY accommodating…willing to solve my problem. I was the one who ordered the wrong wig, and they were the ones, once they received my first email, sort after me to resolve the problem. I received the one I wanted and I’m very happy with it. The color on the new wig matches what I was looking for perfectly…the wig fits me perfectly…for me, it’s the perfect wig!

They will accommodate you. You just need to communicate.. great company hair is true to length.

I was really happy with the service! I asked to customize a coloured wig to have dark roots. They showed me photos to confirm I liked it before shipping. It arrived to Canada quickly and the hair is so soft and such a nice colour. Prices are reasonable, I wasn't charged for duties/taxes, I recommend them!
