I love the Kit Kat clock now sitting on my kitchen wall making me smile when I see. Very retro and a brilliant idea. Only downside is that I cant make the tail work but I am sure that is down to me.

Excellent service & product
Excellent service & product. Would have had 5 stars but clock was sent in a giffy bag and although no damage to the item, the paper suffered a small rip in transit. This unfortunately, was just over the logo, which spoilt the birthday surprise, when its intended recipient took delivery prior to the big day!!

The iconic Kit-Cat clock can be a little sensitive, and occasionally he can be upset by rough handling during delivery. So sorry your clock did not arrive working perfectly. I have sent you an email to help either get him working , or to quickly arrange a replacement.

The service was excellent but the product isn´t.
The service was excellent, my question was promptly answered and my order dispatched very quickly, five stars for that! Sadly though, the product itself is a bit of a disappointment - the animation of the clock only works about 10 seconds at a time. I have checked the instructions - the batteries are new, and the clock is hanging in a bit forward position on the wall, but nothing helps. :(

Hi Henna,
The clock very occasionally gets damaged during delivery. If the parcel is dropped there are small parts inside that can be dislodged which stop the pendulum mechanism working. Since it is not working I will send you an email to arrange for you to return your clock (we cover the cost of return postage) and get a new clock sent to you.
