Fantastic service

Great job from ordering to delivery and installation .

Our tumble dryer packed up at 09:30. Ordered on line by 10:00. Picked up at 11:00. Drying clothes by 12:00. Excellent customer service, very friendly and even helped to load appliance onto the car for me. Nothing too much trouble. Will definitely recommend them and be back.

Everything was perfect,A phone call to say on there way, Turned up disconnected my old cooker put my new one in,took all packaging away .They were very polite and showed me the basics of the cooker.Would definitely recommend them.

Website easy to follow, pricing easy to understand and telephone staff very helpful. Contacted to confirm delivery of new dishwasher and the 2 men who arrived were friendly, helpful and efficient. No problems and few transactions nowadays go well - but this did superbly.

The service was excellent, really helpful advice and suggested several toasters and deals for us to choose from. All the staff commented how even the toaster toasts the bread. Really good Bosch toaster that looks very smart

I phoned economy cookers to enquire about purchasing an lpg range cooker. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and when I gave him my postcode (I'm up near John O'Groats) he did his best to get me an affordable delivery cost. I ordered my cooker on the Tuesday afternoon and took delivery Friday afternoon. That's what I call service. I won't hesitate to use these in the future and highly recommend to others. It's definitely a 10/10 from me.

Needed a new dishwasher. Kitchen economy had what I wanted in stock at a competitive price. Even better they could deliver and install in just a few days.
Why you should choose this firm instead of say Currys is because of service. We had a small issue with the tap the dishwasher connects to. I was able to dash out and get one and the engineer fitted it there and then. Not what I'd have experienced with a big supplier who would have stopped at that stage while i got a plumber in.

Recently purchased a new washing machine having used Kitchen Economy for other purchases. The machine was recommended to me based on my requirements (load capacity, dimensions etc.) and we were very happy. Unfortunately, the machine developed a fault very quickly, but after contacting them about it, a replacement machine was delivered very quickly. Great service, excellent communication. Will use again
