Bought and delivered within two days from website. Phone call from company to check everything was ok. Delivery men arrived in the middle of a cloud burst. They were quick and organized taking all the rubbish away.

Very easy to order delivered within couple of days and despite guys having to do some work for fitting was all completed brilliantly. Will absolutely recommend and use again when need to

I took some time to choose both my new washing machine as well the the supplier.
The price was competitive from Kitchen Economy and they were able to deliver on a suitable day.
I paid for removal and installation as the existing machine was not that easy to access. The fitter who arrived on the day could not have been more helpful. As my new machine had a moulded plug attached which my 22 year old did not the existing hole in the kitchen unit was too small. The fitter had the necessary tools to enlarge the hole allowing the new plug to pass through.
An altogether professional company whom I would deal with again.

My partner and I bought a tumble dryer from Kitchen Economy and were very, very impressed with the high level of customer service. We found the item we wanted immediately in the store and then it was a straightforward, easy and professional transaction with the offer of help to carry it to our car. This was a wonderfully easy and pleasant experience - the tumble dryer was also very competitively priced - we'll definitely shop here again.

The fridge was delivered as promised they automatically took away the packaging without me even asking them to. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish and nothing seemed to be a bother. Would certainly use again- product was very well and competitively priced.

Quick delivery, great product

After waiting for our original fridge/freezer to be delivered to Kitchen Economy, they advised us that our unit was severely damaged during transit. Although very disappointing, Kitchen Economy did manage to locate an alternative unit (it was a bit of an oddball) and were able to honour the installation date that we initially had.
The delivery team were faultless in their work, and my mum (91) simply just opened the front door, and they did absolutely everything in exchanging the integrated F/F and left the kitchen spotless.
They are a credit to Kitchen Economy.

Fantastic service, very personable and professional. I’m writing this on behalf of my elderly Mother who loved the personal touch. The lady at the store called my Mum, had a lovely chat and arranged delivery, found out they knew people in common so that was even better. Delivery drivers excellent, removed old appliance and installed new one, even moved all her furniture back in place for her. They easily overcame the limited parking outside her house. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and the washing machine purchased is working a treat.
