Perfect new cooker working hard in my kitchen

First time using this company but won’t be our last. We wanted a replacement freestanding cooker but found it very difficult to view cookers anywhere else. They had a good range of cookers in their showroom which helped us make up our minds. Joe from the sales team sourced the precise cooker we wanted and kept us informed of progress throughout. We also bought a washing machine and both appliances were delivered within a week by Jason and Rob who were fantastic and very helpful. They even moved the old appliances to our kerbside and took away all the packaging. Any online company would have literally just delivered the items so we really appreciated these extra touches.

Washing machine delivered and installed on date requested. Engineer disconnected old machine and took it away. New machine installed quickly and machine tested. Initial machine use advice given by engineer was helpful. Overall very pleased with service.

Easy ordering. Delivered on date promised. Excellent customer service as the contact telephone number was changed on the delivery day. This was then used to advise of the 30 min delivery notification. Old appliance removed as requested. Would use company again

We had a problem with our new Cooker from Kitchen Economy - twice with 2 different cookers but they handled the transition of supplying a new replacement in a super quick time and as always very efficient - definitely recommendable for white goods and they keep you updated on your delivery and try to keep in with your delivery requirements - Excellent service and staff.

Delivery driver helpful and honest as my elderly mum got confused about the charge for taking old fridge freezer. She didn't realize that she had already paid and offered the payment to the driver who refused. Well done and 👍
