Overall very good experience, with simple and efficient communication. The result with the contracted installer was excellent.

Communication from the start was excellent by Jo and really helpful and explained everything clearly. And the team that came to my house to fabricate my worktop were fantastic friendly and very informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This has been such a positive experience from the start. The wonderful Jo has been amazing to work with. George too managed to answer all of my questions and reassure me that the process and end product would be great and he was right. The service has been brilliant.
The worktops were high quality but also much cheaper than any of the alternatives. The kitchen units have also been great.
Dena and Steve- the fitting team- worked so hard for a whole week to make sure the kitchen was fitted well and matched our expectations.
Steve at MAK distribution in Doncaster who provided the kitchen units also did an amazing job and was responsive and kind, and also reassuring. They immediately sent additional parts when the design slightly changed during fitting (totally down to me).
All parties involved were immediately contactable and helped us out throughout teh process. I have photos of teh end result which I am happy to share. If you are wondering who to go to I would definitely recommend Go Worktops.

They are a great team. George was extremely patient as we thrashed out the plans and Jo was diligent when it came to trying to correct a delivery problem (which was not of their makigng but did end up costing us a further £330 which was not in the budget). Their fittter, Charlie Murch was first class. Delivery problem aside, they are a super team and come highy recommended

I can’t fault anything with the level of service we received from start to finish . George answered loads of questions very patiently, Jo organised the deliveries and installation efficiently, and Steve and Deana did a great job . They made helpful suggestions in answer to our queries and the product looks excellent.

Our worktops were fitted today, Steve and Deena are amazing. Their attention to detail is second to none. We would highly recommend them. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you both so much. Thank you to Jo for organising everything.

Steve and Dena arrived with the worktop and worked non-stop until the job was perfect. They were delightful and Steve discussed everything with me before and as he went along. It was a long day but they cleaned up and chopped up my old worktop for disposal. I would highly recommend them and my worktop is beautiful.

They arrived, got to work and didnt stop until job was finished. Terrific work rate and workmanship. Would recommend any time. Extremely satisfied with the finished product.

I feel I just have to take the time to say how happy I was with the installation of my new worktops!

Stephen and Deana were absolutely lovely. I didn't want them to leave at the end. They were consummate professionals throughout the whole process. I was intrigued with the level of effort and detail they put into everything they did, I referred to them as surgeons during their time here. They worked tirelessly for three days.

I would, without hesitation recommend them!

Fantastic from start to finish!
Easy to speak to actual people over the phone or by email. The quote was spot on and I felt they were actually listening to me. Very reasonable prices and all questions answered quickly.

When the day arrived the fitters were here bang on time and although my rather quirky kitchen was a challenge they did a fantastic job. Lovely couple who were not fazed by any little thing that came up and left me with not only a beautiful worktop but sparkling clean as well.
They even hoovered the staircase and I hadn’t done that in ages.

As regards the review below, there are some inaccuracies that should be addressed.

We are the independent fitting team that is referred to. The situation is the customer gave incorrect drawing and sizes of his worktop requirements to Kitchen Worktops Direct.
They delivered exactly according to his plan.

We were informed that the customer required a fitter (we work direct for the customer not the supplier) and so we took the job on as we would be working in that area.
When we arrived and began our template we noticed that the kitchen layout was different to the actual plan Kitchen Worktops Direct and they had passed to us.

We fitted everything we could and the job ended up short by a half length of worktop as expected.
The kitchen is fully functional, it's just an aesthetic section that needs to be completed. As regards the hob, we fitted that in place, it can be used.

We told the customer we would return to complete the missing section, once he had ordered it and we was back in the area.
We told Kitchen Worktops Direct the job was short and why and they immedietely offered to source an off cut from the suppliers or other fitters but wasn’t able to as this is a new range so they offered to supply a half sheet at trade price as a gesture of good will.

However, two things have happened since then. Firstly, the customer wouldn’t buy the extra piece he needed. And secondly we are 5.5 hour drive away from that customer. So we explained that we wouldn’t be able return until we had the section and
Kitchen Worktops Direct were able to offer us more work in that area. Which they are trying to do.
They haven’t been able to do that yet. But the main point is this customers house is vacant. It will be a long time before the rest of the house is ready for the customer to move in.
Lastly, this is a very unfair accusation against a company that we know from personal experience bends over backwards to please all their customers.From Steve and Dena the solid work top fitters

The fitters used by worktops Direct, Steve and Dena were excellent. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and worked hard to complete the fit in one day, ensuring all mess was cleaned before they left We are pleased with the results and would thoroughly recommend

The couple, Dena and Steve, were hard workers, friendly and obliging. Cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent company and service. Good clear advice, very efficient admin and excellent fitters. Highly recommended.

I have had a kitchen worktop fitted this week and wanted to say how impressed I am. The whole process was super smooth and the fitters were excellent. Very impressed

We are so happy. We ordered the Clara worktop we received a few samples and decided on this one and we was not disappointed it looks beautiful and the value for money is amazing. Such a beautiful worktop fitted straight after our delivery too. Fitters fantastic took many hours making sure it was just perfect for us and even cleaned after themselves. cannot fault anything GoWorks did for us. Start to finish perfection. Thank you !!!!!

Purchased Iroko worktop and made payment. Next day told that the prices were out of date and I was refunded. Their website STILL has the product at the same price! They took my money, but refused to accept the contract. Their T's and C's allow them to do as they please, while the buyer faces all the risk. Stay well away!
