Although I only contacted this company for a sample they advised that it was out of stock but then went to the trouble of giving me useful advice on how to solve my problems with my existing damaged worktop.
Excellent service and I would have full confidence in recommending them.

I found this company refreshingly different from most I have dealt with. They actually CARE which is a rare commodity these days, as for most, money is king and you know they don’t see you as anything other than a profitable sale. Things didn’t go smoothly, largely down to shipment, but they did everything they possibly could to ensure the job got done at their own cost. This is a company with integrity.

A fantastic customer experience from start to finish. The product are well priced and the kitchen fitter (George) is superb. He arrived to be confronted with an unfinished kitchen but never complained, got on with the job and finished it to a perfect standard. Highly recommend this company for their efficiency and willingness to go the extra mile.

Our experiance from start to finnish has been excellent. The team helped with materials,drawings and advice. Nothing was a problem even some of the stupid questions asked were answered. Would give 6 stars if i could. Great product and value for money. Will be back again.

I'm so grateful to George and the team for the help they provided in installing my kitchen worktop. Until today I've had no end of issues and delays that other installers and kitchen suppliers had caused and on Saturday when I was let down a third time by another chap, I called Go Worktops on the off chance they could help and now it's Monday and my kitchen is completely done!

The customer service has been excellent, I couldn't recommend them more highly. The installation guys were absolutely brilliant and kept me in the loop with everything including fixing the previous mistakes made by the guy before.

Managed to source exactly the resin solid worktop product we wanted at a price we could afford after our original supplier (B and Q) messed up badly.
Worktop ordered was the right size and price, in stock, with delivery within a week. George was really helpful, explaining clearly about the product and options to us. All in all, a great experience and highly recommended.

I cannot rate the customer service or fitter enough. George who I dealt with about my order is one of the most decent humans being I’ve had the pleasure of communicating and doing business with. He was willing to answer all my questions, endless phone calls, and some initial worries with such grace I can honestly say he was a joy and absolute pleasure to work with. George the fitter, was exemplary in his work, didn’t stop for endless cups of tea ( in fact I don’t think he took a break all day), went above and beyond to give me exactly what I’d asked for, was quiet but charming company. I cannot fault this company in any way!!

Fantastic expertise - the best place for Kitchen Worktops ever

I commissioned George and his team for our new worktop for our place in Bristol. We had an all white Apollo worktop for the kitchen units and a large central island, plus the utility too.

The samples and price were great so we went ahead. In honesty we did then have some issues with the initial installation. I think the fitter in question just had an off day and the finish wasn't up to standard. However we raised this with George and he couldn't have been more helpful. He actually arranged for the whole worktop to be replaced and refitted, which included supplying two new replacement sinks. He really wasn't happy until we were happy.

I always say it's best to judge a company on how they deal with things when they do occasionally go wrong, and the approach and care George and his team had on making sure we were happy couldn't have been better. Plus the price was great, and the quality of the worktop is superb.

All in all a great company that you can rely on to deliver you a product you are 100% happy with.

I contacted Worktops-direct via the internet, which in itself is risky, but they were very helpful in helping me chose the right colour. I paid for the template service, which reduced my risk on installation so would recommend this. The fitters were very good, clean, tidy, perfectionists and the worktop looks excellent. I wanted one without joins and that's exactly what I've got, a seamless worktop. Installation took a full day and wasn't easy, but the results are worth it.

I contacted a few companies as I knew what I needed. There was very little difference in the price however George seemed to be interested in helping me where the others just wanted to sell to me. As it turns out I was right in choosing them as the service was first class. I forgot to order an item and spoke to Jo and it arrived the next day. I can’t comment on the products but I would like to offer my sincere thanks for the efforts of the sales team. I found myself let down by another supplier with kitchen fitters waiting! I phoned kitchen Worktops Direct and they did everything they could to find me replacement worktops (I had a quote within 2 hours including a list of the worktops that could be delivered the following day). Unfortunately my wife had set her heart on our original choice so I have to wait to complete the kitchen installation!

So so happy this company was recommended by a family member, found the company sales team polite, friendly and very helpful.From sending us samples to the fitting everything was seamless. Could not have asked for a more professional service. From one happy customer ,Thank you
