after they sent me a false product
after they sent me a false product, i spent few days chatting with them, and afterwards i was refunded but not even whole amount, even tho it was completely their misstake and they admited false advertising which they corrected afterwards.
Feels like i helped them to improve, on the my own cost of both time and money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ONLY PRETEND TO CARE!
If you see "Ebba" in signature of your mail, please ask for any other representative. Ebba lied to me and gave false informations as a kitchen time representative.

The return policy is not at the same level as other companies selling the same products. It much more difficult to make a return than with other companies and that will affect future purchases.
