Avoid. Expensive frying pan which buckled after 3 uses and now can’t be used. Company refuses to refund or replace so now getting a refund via the credit card company.

Great service
Great service, ICA delivery sent back my package since I was out of town. I called KitchenTime and a nice lady helped me straight away, they asked me if I wanted a refund or for them to send it back. They sent the item to me in a matter of days, right on time. Very smooth as it should be. An easy 5 stars for me.

I ordered Peugot Madras 16cm Pepper & Salt grinders from Kitchentime. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay and after 6 weeks i contacted customer service. They looked at the case and agreed to instead immediately ship the same set in the 21cm size, which they had in stock instead, even though it cost slightly more. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return to buy more in the future.

Misleading information on website
Ordered an item as a gift. After a week there was no indication that the item had been shipped. When I called I was informed that the item was being shipped from Sweden. This information was not made clear on the website which said shipping would be 3-5 days. I asked for a refund and for confirmation that this was being processed. I have had no such confirmation. I have reordered the item from John Lewis and it has already been shipped within hours. I would like confirmation of my refund please.

Long waiting time
I have been waiting for my order for over a month now. I’m still not sure when I am suppose to get my order. My baby is already staring to eat but I don’t have the things I need because it hasn’t arrived yet.

Great experience, discounted Le Creuset!
I ordered an item from this website, unbeknownst that it was based and despatches from Sweden. I also saw the similarities between their website and Nordic Nest - they are the same company.
When I ordered, I paid extra for what I thought was expedited delivery, in fact it was for expedited order despatch, and did not accelerate the time for delivery from Sweden to the uk. As expected I got an email confirmation and then shortly after a DPD courier email to say the despatch had been arranged. Only then did I search this company on Trustpilot and saw the negative reviews. Following a brief flap, I emailed to chase up my order as it was time sensitive. Customer support was very quick to respond and explained my misunderstanding of the extra postage fee I paid - totally my error for not reading the website properly, but I am used to paying for accelerated delivery, not accelerated order handling (the former is more useful to me, not the latter!)
Cherry on top was that the item was delivered just in time for my wife’s birthday.
In sum, their performance on this matter was not inline with the negative reviews here.
