Received faster than time frame and…

Received faster than time frame and items arrived safely. Bought a Le Creuset Marmite pot which item is in stock on 13th Feb received it on 21st Feb to GB. Cast Iron cooking beautifully and fast.

Cheap material... It's not steel, but it looks like aluminium. :-(

Very bad experience

Very bad experience!
This is the second time that I ordered something from kitchentime and it took forever ti receive it! And no communication so ever that when do I receive my purchase!
I shouldn’t do the same mistake and buy from this website again!

Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company. Unable to return without paying a large return fee to Sweden. Customer service is very poor. They come across great but left very disappointed.

European Plugs!

The Website has all the look of being a UK based website. They sell a wide range of good quality Brands! Yet their website FAILS TO MENTION the Electrical Items have EUROPEAN PLUGS!!!! My partner and I have been trying to arranging a return of the items we bought. Have emailed them 4 times and called them twice! Yet NOTHING is being done to get these items collected/returned! So beware!!! If you want to have items with UK PLUGS do NOT buy from KITCHENTIME!!!

Good products, nice prices, but slow support

I received a broken pan in my order. I reported it two weeks ago and haven't received any response. I later contacted support via chat but still haven't heard back. Update:
I got contacted by support and I got a refund.
Otherwise service and delivery was good.

Fraud company eat your money

I requested a return on Mar 22. The package was shown delivered on 5th April. But I haven't receive any refund yet. It has been a month. No Customer service, only an email address and no reponse at all. If they don't take care of returns, then do not offer the option!!! Now I lose money and don't have any products kept.

Low prices but delayed orders

They have great prices! BUT! I ordered multiple times and experienced some issues.

First time, small inconvenience with the delivery taking longer than expected, even though I chose the express option. Same issue for the 2nd time, but I also has speedy deliveries.

Another time, I didn't get any confirmation of my order for three weeks. Then I got an email in response to the ticket I opened, saying that half of my order was discontinued and won't be shipped at all. The refund arrived quickly, but I am disappointed and no compensation either.

Some plates arrived broken one time. They answered in a day and are shipping a new set without problems, but the delivery again is taking long.

They have great prices, but not the most consistent services.
