I placed an order with them and until now I have not received my Ninja Cream that I purchased. The customer service don’t work and the link I received has the delivery date scheduled for a week ago.
Very great experience. The product was in good price, great quality, they shipped very fast and everything went very smoothly.
Only little complain: home delivery was supposed to made by Budbee but it was made by PostNord. Budbee is more customer friendly about agreeing delivery times, so I would have prefered them. But luckily everything went well with PostNord too and I got my order to home at the day what was promised when I made an order.
I will be returning customer for sure. Thank you!
I purchased items from this store over a week ago and have yet to receive any updates on the order status or delivery. I've emailed twice with no response, and unfortunately, I couldn't find a contact number.
I ordered an item and when I decided that I want to return it I did not pick it up. So the package was automaticly returned. The item price was around 700 Kr. Then they sent me an invoice of 200 Kr. Why would I pay 200 Kr for something that I did not received it ever?
Bad company. said get a code for subscription. subscribed. didnt work. tried 4 times.

Order product on website and got defect product, ask return product but they said no need to return since the product is defected from manufacture and they send me new one. Waiting for invoice since beginning order i don't get any. Try to contact customer service they are no respond at all until i have to make another contact through website. Got one respond is not help at all and i got to pay invoice plus additional charge to debt company. Here i really disappointed how they just send to the debt company without check or confirmation to me. I did ask for invoice, I did send them email many times, even after this still no respond!!! So careless with the customer, are we have to do big purchase to get good respond and service??
I received a broken mirror and made a complaint about it including pictures and description. So far I haven't heard a constructive word from them other than a reminder to send in further information (what information??). I get no replies from them and have so far written to them 4 times about it. Still no refund.

It took them 3 weeks to respond. They will send a new set of plates as soon as they will get them in stock. More waiting. Changing from 1 to three stars because in general this is a very mediocre experience atm.
I have ordered 2 sets of plates - one box came damaged. wrote them immidiately and attached photos as I recieved it - 8.9. it has been now 2 full weeks and i still havent heard a single thing from them. I wanted to send the damaged goods back and get a replacement but if I finally will hear from them I will just ask for my money back. Ridiculous - especially as it was supposed to be a birthday gift.

I made an order on July 25th, which I a month later still haven`t received.
There`s no telephone number or chatbot to contact customer service through and no one answers my online complain abort the missing goods.
Ordered a birthday gift for my wife. Almost 1 month as gone and have not received any notification about my package and customer service does not respond to my emails.
Would not recommend.
I received a gift card for this shop as a present, else I never purchased from them and never will again. The customer service is non existing and after returning wrongly purchased item I did not hear from Kitchen time for over a month despite multiple emails and calls. On call the personnel was clueless to what to do and never seem to get around solving refund. Every time I was promised the issue will be solved same day and I will get email.. now one and a half month later I still cannot get help and refund. Will never purchase from this shop again, the experience is shocking and something I never came across purchasing from other shops.

Broken piece of wood base in the wok set. I registered a claim using their website, they first responded after 3 days and asked me to register the support case using yet another online system, so I did that. Customer service told me that they would send me another piece of wood base, but next day i was informed that it was out of stock and i would get that next month. It has been more than two months, i never heard from them nor did i get the replacement. Totally rubbish customer service. Never going to buy from them again

I like the plates design wise, so on that front I am happy. However, some of the items sent to me were damaged. I have been sent a replacement which was hassle free, so again great, but the replacement was also damaged. It did not seem in either case that it was damaged in transport. The packaging it was sent in was secure, and the plates were well protected and securely wrapped. I could not find any chips or broken pieces in the packaging, so I can only assume the damage happened before packing. I am now awaiting another replacement, which, again, I appreciate, but I hope that this time the items will be undamaged. In which case, I would be willing to give a higher rating.

I received the products and they were well packaged. Customer service was also prompt in replying to my queries. I would have given 5 stars but the products were shipped a week after my order which wasn't indicated at the time of purchase.
