After ordering an item on the 5th of November 2022, I was informed the item would only be available on January 13, 2023. I accepted it. To ensure everything was on track, I sent a few e-mails during those two months. On January 13, 2023 I have sent another e-mail asking for a status. And I was once again told that the item would only be available on February 24, 2023. This is totally unacceptable. In fact, this item is available on the website with 6 to 10 days delivery. So, also extremely misleading. Please be careful when ordering from KitchenTime as they work on a demand basis, so items might not be in stock even if they state 6-10 days for delivery. Not a good experience at all and do not recommend KitchenTime.

Absolutely awful and zero customer 'service'. They sent me a faulty product (which was a Christmas present for my child) and they refuse to refund. Furthermore they expect me to bear the costs for sending to be repaired. No apology either. Won't ever order from here again!

I ordered 2 sets of cutlery that were supposed to be delivered in a delivery office close to my home.
The parcel did arrive onsite but because the address was not written fully (as I had indicated), the parcel was subsequently refused by the delivery office and sent…..back to Sweden…..
From then on … more confusion with a very long response time from kitchentime and contradictory messages.
One saying my order would be reimbursed, another saying the parcel would be sent back and another one saying I could be occurring additional expenses….
I am still waiting for a definite action.

I ordered plates and sets from KitchenTime. Initially, I liked the website and how they communicate the products and such. However, it is one of my worst online shopping experiences. They say it will be delivered before Christmas. But ten days have passed since my order—no information or detail from KitchenTime and their delivery provider. I sent a couple of emails during these ten days to KitchenTime. No answer at all. After I messaged the delivery provider ten times, I got an answer it was still in Sweden. I trusted KitchenTime and their promised time of delivery. However, I am really in a bad situation now. I hope no one experience this

Never received my order nor received any response to 2 tickets that I submitted with my complaint! The order went smoothly, but the delivery in a b-post pick-up point never happened. I received a message from b-post that the address was incorrect and that package would be returned to Kitchentime. This is a Christmas gift but it is now 2 weeks later and still no response. Very disappointed in this company! Cannot be contacted so be powerless! How can this be solved because I paid for the product but never received it!

My wok came with non-flat bottom - I couldn't season it properly, therefore I cannot cook well. I have contacted the shop but no answer.

But sale does not mean you can't get the perfect pan. It have become black anyways because of carbon steel.

Purchasing is not delivered within 4 weeks. Company is not available via phone and does not response on email demand. Retransfer might be debatable. Shop is absolutely not trustable and not customer-friendly.

An update of the review below. After my review, the company has made another delivery arrangement and we have received the order on 16/12. I'd give them credit for responding to a customer's review.
Original review: "We ordered 2 items on 27/11. They were supposed to be delivered on 28/11, in time for our Christmas dinner. 2 weeks have passed and Kitchen Time never gave the items to the shipper Budbee, as shown in the shipment tracking. Email was not answered. Called on 2/12 and the company said they would contact the shipper - and finally replied to the email afterwards. Then nothing happened. We will contact Konsumentverket, the Swedish Consumer Protection Agency for advice."
