Got the wrong item (a shower cap...) tried to resolve, I was assured the right item would be sent out, Their bogos tracking website keeps saying its out for delivery... its a scam

Kiteok is a total SCAM, SCAM If you order from them
and you will get nothing for it. You will never get anything. I gave them 1 star due to i don' t have -0 star to give to them.

Can’t rate a zero or i would. Total scam!! Hopefully my bank will get the money back from them. I cancelled my order about 2 minutes after I placed it but they wouldn’t refund my money. When I finally got the package it was the small tank top others say they received.

Wish I saw all these reviews before placing an order. Waited a month for a sand pit to be delivered, only to have this bogus place send me a random jacket and then ghost on all communication.

If you fell for the scam, call your CC company to report fraud so you can get a new card and hopefully recoup the costs for the item you *thought* you would be receiving.

I ordered a charcoal grill with a offset smoker and received a child's tank top, got scammed out of $80.00, claims to have sent the wrong order and will resend the right one, who knows what I will receive this time

Placed an order over a month ago. They say the item was delivered, but I have not sen it. Customer service sucks! No response to email and the phone is no longer in service, which is a HUGE RED FLAG!!!! Save your money and order elsewhere.

Buyer beware!!! This is a total Scam site! They accept your order and then you have to chase them for a confirmation of delivery. I would give them a 0 Star if possible. After weeks of texting because they disconnected their telephone line, they shipped a pair of sunglasses in place of the Rug Shampooer that was ordered and paid for. They requested that I prove that the wrong item was sent and to send pictures which I did. Then offered to refund only half the money. Today was told to ship back to China and pay for the shipping charges that were their error or would not get a full refund. I sent the pictures again which is what they requested to prove that the wrong item was received. Put in dispute on my credit card.
I intend to report to the Attorney General and have them take action on this unethical and sleazy site.
