I have ordered a school photo (quite late) and this was really easy using the link given. It arrived really quickly. I was a bit disappointed in the quality (reflection on glasses,) emailed a complaint on the easy to find email address and received a same day response saying they could remove the glare and would send out a replacement straight away.
Assuming it arrives and I am confident it will, I think that is amazing service.

My school uses Kittle for their school photos. The service is always good. This time my daughter's picture didn't arrive at school so Callum was super helpful and reposted my photo to my home address and it arrived within 2 days. Thanks!

If it is a group photograph that you are referring to, please be aware that for safe guarding purposes, we are not able to offer digital downloads and it will only be physical prints available.
With regards to the P&P, If the school opted for free school delivery, this option is available for 21 days from the date of the photography session- apologises if this were missed.

Outstanding Experience from Kittle.
We used them for our Leavers Books and Hoodies. The team couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish.
We had an idea of what we wanted to do with both books and hoodies but the team were helpful and informative, they also helped along the way with technical issues (user error) for the year book.
We used Kittle for our Year 11 photos as well, again, amazing service.
Nothing was too much trouble with staff going over and above to help us and support us.
The finished products arrived much earlier than expected and are fantastic quality.
We would highly recommend Kittle for all your photographic needs, as well as leavers goods.
I can't praise them enough!

I had very bad experience ,it's already mentioned in them papers copy after delivery you can download your digital copy and after delivery they said we didn't gave you digital copy ,this is faurd central and they cheated peopl I lost my money and they contact centre very rude and didn't gave answer properly I suggest to people don't take any copy from here....

Hannah was amazing!
Our infant school has been using Kittle for many years now and they never cease to amaze me how to get everyone in class smiling at the camera at the same time.
Today my review is a shout out to Hannah - she has been wonderful in dealing with my query; providing knowledgeable advice, responding to my emails promptly as well as putting things into action, showing empathy and just overall being kind, polite and understanding. Awful school photographs
My son's school has been working with this photographer for last three years and since then every year the photographs gets worse. Before then the photographs were professional and a good memory but with Kittle it is a nightmare, i didnt buy the previous 2 pictures and also i will not buy this year.
They are not aware of the importance of the job they are doing, they get one shot and dont care if it looks good or not. Awful job.
