I booked a one-way ticket
from Incheon(ICN) Airport in Korea
to Don Mueang(DMK) Airport in Thailand at on September 22.
However, the day after booking, the airline canceled the flight unilaterally.
The airline's unilateral cancellation is, of course, a 100% refund, but KIWI initially gave a strange answer that it would refund 10%, and I've been asking for it, but I've been answering it for a month just to wait.
People who booked the same flight on different websites received 100 percent of the refund, but I don't know why KIWI doesn't want a refund. KIWI is a relay company that should be avoided at all times.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
The entire situation has had a significant impact on my wedding, including causing disruption for the wedding party. To make matters worse, they have provided my credit card company with what I believe to be inaccurate information, claiming the service was delivered, yet they have refused to share any evidence with me or even provide a clear complaints contact.
Despite the airline confirming that changes to the flight are possible, Kiwi have failed to assist. They have refused to make the change, citing the fact that I did not purchase their disruption protection, which is unreasonable given that it was the airline who rescheduled the flight, not me. No suitable alternatives have been offered. At one stage, an adviser even suggested it was “a shame” I will miss the wedding, which is completely unacceptable. Another suggested I should simply purchase new tickets at my own expense.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and distressing experience. It is important that consumers are aware of how situations like this are handled so they can make informed decisions.

This platform hasn't even earned the right to a zero-point review. Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs. After two months of chasing a refund and getting nothing but 'copy-paste' answers, I’m done. Terrible service and even worse support. Save yourself the trouble and book directly.

Last time I will ever buy a fly ticket with kiwi. They don’t send you the code to be able to self check in, they force you to install their app

I booked a flight which had two airline and the day after it was booked, I saw the my first airline cancelled the flight and I took this news to kiwi but they kept saying, everything is alright. After reaching out to multiple representatives, they finally said that they cancel my flight and they did refund me 35% of the whole ticket price but they took a month to refund the second airline and just very little bit and said that is what the second airline refunded, they denied to give me proof of what the airline has refunded and because of their ignorance I lost money.
