Pathetic service
Pathetic service, have received estimate delivery of part on monday, the Thursday they sent me a new invoice for same part with nil value. I only asked for update on tracking. No contact number for them and only email. Feels like a scam

The haverboard was delivered broken
The haverboard was delivered broken. When we visited your warehouse they could see it was just opened not used in irs original packing- they attemp to open it to fix it- they removed a screw and put it together again - it was still not workable- then only they offered a new one- my frustration is- you delivered a broken one and then wanted to fix it - yet I bought it brand new one!! They should have exchange this with no questions!!!

This product is a genuine OEM part.
This product is a genuine, UK originated OEM part, which is normally fairly hard to find in NZ - and for such a reasonable price. The main thing to watch out for is that may be some flash, especially, underneath the component, that needs to be trimmed or filed off before it will fit properly: this is due to the age of the moulds and does not detract from the component's fitness of purpose. Overall, very satisfactory.

Not happy
I placed an order for an oil filter wrench on 19/10, hoping to received before the following weekend (Labour weekend). I need to do an oil change before we went on a road trip. The part took 2 weeks arriving on Friday 1st Nov, after chasing up twice. No phone numbers available, and my email was never answered. This meant I couldn't do the oil change, so I was unable to go away for the weekend. Also on 19/10 I ordered car parts from AliExpress - which amazingly arrived in less than 1 week, on the following Thursday 24th. So not very impressed - I should have ordered the oil filter wrench from AliExpress (at ½ the price) and got it in time.
In the end, the wrench didn't fit (should have been 85.5mm, rather than 86mm) but that's probably not their fault as that is what the tool manufacturers specify as suitable for Volvo's . But will order the correct size from overseas anyway. They get a 2.5 star (rather than a 1 star) because at least they subsequently rang me to apologise, and offer a discount.
