This company is total scam. It is not BBB accredited and is a product made by thepowerlinegroup.com. It charged my account approximately $90 instead of advertised $1.95 and you will have to fight for refund for a couple of days.
Their customer service phone number connects you to the life person, but they will promise you a refund, which will not happened.

This company is horrible trial period was only to be .95 cents for the first 3 days. With in 3 minutes they charge me over 53.00 dollars and I cancelled with in a few minutes of starting with them after seeing the charges. Also notified my bank and let them know that the charges where not authorized. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM.

Terrible customer service made 6 withdrawals out of my bank account.I was in contact with customer service they promised me a refund multiple times, it never happened! “James Williams” was the rep made empty promises! Please don’t waste your time or money on these thieves!

I was charged 206.00 for services I didn’t authorize and have contacted support several times and still haven’t received a refund. The charges were back to back and all on the same day, I don’t recommend them.

It's 1 person pretending to be a business or corp. He/Kiwisearchor they/ Kiwisearch are flat out THIEVES. They will lure you with a false introductory fee or a 30 free trial and blah blah blah. Long story short had to report this Entity to the BBB. They charged my debit card $19.99 three times along with a $29.99 charge. I spoke with a Dave 8 times in 2 months with absolute promises of a full refund. To this date no refund on my cash app account nor will they or he will not return emails,AFTER promising to refund my money in 5 business days over 5 times. BUYER BEWARE and the info they have is NOT even correct over 80% of the time compared to Been Verified.

I signed up for the free trial next thing I know I've got charges all over my account when I call I'm told it will be escalated and a supervisor will email me back and they're gonna give me my refund however my credit card was cancelled by my bank due to fraud and they're returning the money to the wrong card or not even doing it at all.
they told me I could provide my new card number yet I still haven't received a link or any callback these people are pos scam artists who take your money and lie to you I think all of us should get together and start a class action lawsuit!

I CANNOT WARN PEOPLE ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM KIWISEARCH.Their sole purpose is to steal money.I signed up for .95 .Within minutes i had 60 $ worth of charges on my phone.I called immediately but,of course it was after hours.I get a hold of several people who need to know my name and email to look up account to give a refund.I ask them why i was charged and they only say we dont have acess to your account only the billing dept does.When i ask to speakvto the billing dept they say they cant forward the call and i will have an email from them within 24 hours telling me my refund was coming ASAP.IF YOU HAVE A BRAIN IN YOUR HEAD YOU WILL NOT USE THIS SITE.I M WITHDRAWING ALL THE MONEY FROM MY ACCIUNT SO THEY CANT GET A PENNY.

Warning! Never put your credit card or bank information on this website. It is a scam and very risky for your personal information. Two months ago, I lost my phone and was trying to track it but came across this website. I created an account for $1 and didn't even get what I wanted. However, my account got charged five times totalling to over $60. I called them immediately to report the matter and they said it was an error on their side. They said,my membership which I never applied for was cancelled and that the funds would be refunded back to my account immediately. The money was never sent back to my account and every time I called them, they would say that their system is down. It's been almost two months now and whenever I called them,they would tell me that the money would be in my account in three business days. 3×4=12 business days since when they starting this game again. I have told them that I will report it on their google review for the safety of others, and I will pick up my personal fight with them and I will start it from my bank,BBB,Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,Tiktok and etc. Please,don't be a victim 🙏🙏🙏

I haven't received my refund and they keep giving me the run around it's been over a month I email no response it's getting ridiculous give me my refund asap

People. I have been trying to get my money back for a month. They took out 19.24 two times then they took out$24.95 . I have called numerous times and get the same response.

I will not say much at this moment, but I have emailed them about my concerns and waiting to see if it is met and if not I will tell my experiences with them.
Update. They have not reached out to me and my concerns, this is my experience with them.
Someone called my phone and don't know them from Adam.They said someone has been using my name for illegal activities and if I want to know more press 1
I did and nothing. The phone went dead.
So I decided to check the number kiwiresearch and they said it can be done for 0.99
I did, with my information.
Prompted for premium to get full report for 24.00 and should choose package..
It was not submitting. I made many attempts and still was not doing it. Then this page came up saying resubmission form and gone
As a result, I went to check my account and saw they took 0.99, 9.95 and 29.00
Without any full report.
I went online to contact them.and to get my money refunded and gave them.a chance to refund my money and not contact was made up till this moment.
So when I read the review about this customer asking to be refunded, I knew mine will not be and decided to tell my story to not make it happen to others.

This company is HORRIBLE!!!!. I have been trying to get my money back from them since March 20. 2021. All I get are emails saying my refund has been processed, or they will escalate to see what is happening with refund. Also they say they are open from 7am to 7pm est, and I call at 8am and the recording says "you have reached us after business hours???"

UPDATE; After filing many complaints and reviews, Kiwi Searches has finally refunded charges. The squeaky wheel does get the grease.

I had charges of .95, 5.95, 29.95, 19.95 totaling a sum of $55.85 of unauthorized charges. I have also been strung along of promises of a refund but never received them.
Company is a complete rip off scam. I had to replace my bank card and in the process of reversing unauthorized charges.

I never signed up or authorized any charges with the exception of 1.00. Within 1 day I had charges of .95, 5.95, 29.95, 19.95 and .95 totalling $63.70. I have received 3 confirmations of a refund but never received them.
Going on 1 month and no refund.

This company is a fraud I signed up for .95 3 day trial and they charged me 7 charges of $19.95 and $29.95 I contact them the next day and they told me that they will cancel my subscription and refund me my money back 4 to 5 business days that was March 27 2021 it’s now April 2 2021 and nothing so I called now there telling me 4 to 6 business days and they sent me emails stating that just to cover there ass so I called my bank and they said if I don’t get my refunds by Friday April 9 we will dispute it but I’m going to even go further than that this is bull crap to scam people

Just like everyone else I've been scammed by these people. Took 2 amounts of $19.95 and $5.95 out of my account. I've called several times and told their refunding my money and nothing. Now it seems their having trouble with their "server." STAY AWAY!!

Absolutely frustrating and disappointed in the company. I was over charged and requested a refund. A representative responded back quickly agreeing to refund me and told me to wait 6-8 days for refund to be deposited back into my account. I did and still nothing so I contacted representative again. He apologized saying server error and he was sending out my refund again and to wait again. This happened over and over with excuses and no refund. They then stopped contacting me all together. I am now a month with no refund.
