It was easy to use and also got me information pretty fast on the stuff I was look searching for.

I'd look this company up before even thinking about using them. I only wish I would have. After I cancelled and they made sure to punch ME with another charge after I looked up one phone # without results. Then one name no information I said should of went with been verified or spokeo. Nevertheless I just WOULD NOT and thats why I'm shouting out with this review.

Kiwi Searches helped me reconnect with friends who have also relocated from New York after I moved into my community here in Boynton Beach, Florida.

This site advertises basic free information. Not the case. They charge you $.95 for a 3 day trial. Once you pay the $.95, you get nothing. A pop-up tells you they need $5.95. I never clicked on that but got charged the $5.95 anyway in addition to the $.95 and still got NOTHING. I contacted the company within an hour of signing up and the whole three days of contacting them multiple times, both by email and phone, I got no answers. I was finally told I'd get a refund. Still waiting for that. They're a bunch of shysters. I am going to write one bad review after another until I get my refund.

This company is a scam I canceled used it 1 time for the free trial. And I've still haven't gotten my money back and have text them several times. They just ignore me. I didn't even get any info that I looked for .

Terrible I wanted to look up a number that kept calling and they couldn’t give me any info. Also once I canceled my membership they never refunded my money even when I called to cancel it. Then charged for 3 additional months even though I did not use the app once. Would not recommend this to anyone stay far away from it. Customer service is terrible and lies every time I called them and just gives me the run around.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I WOULD'VE LET NO STARS IF I COULD. THEY LIE AND TELL YOU TO USE 3 DAY TRIAL FOR $6 THEN CHARGE YOU FOR A FULL MONTH AND THE $6. I TRIED 3 DAY TRIAL AND SEARCHED SOMEONE AND THE INFO WAS SO OUTDATED AND MOSTLY WRONG. SO I CANCELED ON 2ND DAY WITH A CONFIRMATION # AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $29 FOR A FULL MONTH. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ITS A RIP OFF.

From my experience, Kiwi phone look up is NOT Free and doesnt give you any information about a phone number for Free. No Name, No Address, No Location, Nothing but after wasteing your time, waiting on the Bogus search, They Require you to pay money for just one look up, then old information, inaccurate. Very little information given. Worthless. Dont be fooled by these lieing companies, everywhere.

Do not use this company it is a scam they keep your money no one returns calls or answers their calls and messages. STAY AWAY SCAM!!!@

Kiwi search is a scam I have contacted them through phone email regarding my account I no longer want for the past two weeks now and they're still taking money out of my account I told him I want a refund because the information they found for me I found on my own with no help from them, so this company is a fraud I will not recommend this to any of my friends or enemies at that!

I searched my uncommon name, and the results were total trash 😂 Nothing was accurate, and only one was correct... 15yrs ago! Don't fall for this site and NEVER add your credit card info! Thankfully, I didn't. Whew!!

Total fraud. All searches, name, the address, etc. said info found, up until the time I paid, then said they found nothing

This is the worst site to find information on someone. The report is outdated and incomplete. I requested my money to be refunded, all I received was a response that my account was closed. Their support is as you can tell is just as bad as their membership. I will be filing complaint with BBB and the state attorney.

I signed up May 21 and cancelled within the hour. I repeatedly tried to cancel over the next three days. They charged me $24.95. I disputed it with my credit card company and was refunded the money. Yet nearly two months later Kiwi Searches is still disputing it. I have proof I made attempts but this is unbeleivable!

This company is a fraud. They are still trying to charge my credit card even after I exposed them for being Fraud. They will pretend they are processing your refund and keep charging you every month. I would advise you to cancel your card Credit information so you will not be billed. Beware!!!!

Just used the site and name info came back a no find. I used a telephone # and information came back. After I paid the $4.95, the reading said no information found. I just cancelled service and called the customer service line which only gives two recorded options for cancellations and tech service. No live person to connect to. DO NOT USE THE SITE

Just as others have said. They told me there were results. There were not. And they now keep enabling the subscription even after i hit cancel. COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. Total and complete scam

Ran a search and they said they found info. As soon as I paid for the trial, they said the number returned no results. Working on canceling my trial membership now.
