Very bad service, I run a report and they said they found some important information and after I paid nothing come out, they sent me a password to login on the account that never worked, but they charged $24.95. I sent and email to cancel and requested my money back, I will see if they send or not.

After 3 days of demo they will charge you 24.95 even if you cancelled subscription

They say it's free, but it's not!!! They make you sit there and pretend that they are searching for this that and the other thing, and they star out all the names, phone numbers, addresses etc. Since I didn't trust the company in the first place I put my own phone number in it, and it says I'm someone else, lol. The only reason I know that is because it shows you the first letter of the first name, which isn't mine. Then it wanted money for "The Big Reveal"! I don't think so, lol what a waste of time! If I could give it five negative stars I would. What a very misleading ad! Frankly, I believe the first two people who gave it five-star reviews are fakes that work for the company! The way they make it sound is that it's completely awesome. Well I'm here to tell you that it isn't!

I agree with Julie the samething happen to me. They had a 3 day trial for 95 cent and then when you try to cancel they don't let you. I tried to cancel the same day I paid for because the info told me nothing. And You CAN'T get in contact with ANYONE!!!! Phone nor email its all lies. When you send a email they send automatic messages with " someone with get in contact with you and here's your ticket number" or whatever its bs. Their thieves i sent 5 tickets and the number you call is automatic message that tells you to contact them through the email. You cant even remove your credit Card info when you make a account. Stupid of me for trusting that site! Be aware no matter how desperate you are trying to find info , look somewhere else and research sites before putting your info in!!!

If they had a negative star I would have chose it ...I was robbed for one look up that's told me nothing 24.95 plus my original one look up for .95 cents .They will strait up Rob you..not a good company..no customer service on telephone..just can't talk cause they are thieves and cowards .

I am a very busy person and most of the time, I can't answer my phone.
I received a call, but since the person calling is not on ,y phone book, only the number appeared.

I don't want to entertain a sales call or will only get some information from me. Although intentions could be good or nasty.

I came across KiwiSearches when I search the web and tried it.
All I did was to enter the phone number, and I found out that it is my best friend who's calling. She changed her number :)

Amazing product! I am grateful that there are people out there who give of their time and effort creating this type of service.

My job requires reconnecting people.
I have been looking for an online directory that will help me access quick and reliable information.
