Teresa who we worked with was awesome to work with. She helped us understand the Pros and cons of all the variety of flooring options and brands. She encouraged us to take the samples home and that was great because they look completely different at home. The installers were nice and did a great job. The financing process was easy too. I will most definitely be working with them again.

The installers were careful and quiet, and did very nice work with a good attention to detail.

I can highly recommend this company, it was a great experience doing business with Kjellberg Carpet from start to finish.

Easy to deal with and their installer was friendly and did a great job. Would recommend and use again in the future! Checked with Home Depot before on their free install, nothing free about it. Poor quality carpet for premium carpet price. Not to mention their 5-7 week timeline unless you get even cheaper carpet and pay an even higher price for their reasonable time frame. Save the trip and go straight to Kjellbergs. Better price, better carpet, and great service.

I would recommend Kjellberg Carpet On Floor and Home for any flooring needs. They do not hard sell but inform you of style and cost and then let you roam around the store to browse. There are no hidden costs which makes it easy to budget. Our installer, Brian, did an excellent job. We love our new carpet.

Great job, all my woodwork was white enamel, after carpet was installed, not a mark on it. Fantastic job!!!! Install crew, very polite and clean. Definitely use this company for all my flooring needs.

From start to finish I had a fantastic experience with everyone here, sales, support, and installers were outstanding. When I am ready to have more floors replaced, I will only need to make one call- to them.

We had ZERO setbacks or problems with our order and installation of carpeting. The carpeting we chose turned out to look so much better than we anticipated. We have shopped around at at least 6 other stores including both "big box" and family owned flooring stores and came back to kjellbergs because of the great service, quality and pricing. We've used Kjellbers twice in the past three years, and plan on using them to complete the flooring in our home within the next few years. ABSOLUTEY 5 STARS!!

Three times we have purchased carpet from Kjellberg Buffalo. All three experiences were wonderful. Even one time, when there was a mistake, it was fixed right away without issue. These people are kind, courteous and considerate! Support local business. Highly recommended.

I have not seen the finished product yet (only pictures) but the flooring done at my cabin...bathrooms, enteryway, and kitchen look fantastic! Excited to get back up there. Very easy to work with and timely!! All high marks for Kjellberg Carpet One!!

We worked with Caty to find the perfect floor for our kitchen. We'd checked around had estimates from other companies, but we decided to give Carpet One in Buffalo a try. Caty was the first smiling face we saw when we walked in. She listened carefully to what we wanted as far as style, durability, and budget. Within 1 hour, she had her measuring man to our home, and made a house call within one day to share options and offer her opinion. We liked most that Caty was timely, honest, and really cared about what we wanted for our kitchen.

I had some trouble at first with the estimate, but they went above and beyond to make things right. Very happy with their customer service and my new carpet. Once ordered, the carpet came in quickly and was installed promptly after!! I highly recommend Kjellberg's in Buffalo, MN! :)

Kjellberg's Carpet One was referred to me by a friend when I was looking for someone to assist with new kitchen and dining room flooring. I was in the middle of a huge mess with another contractor when I first contacted Kjellberg's. Caty was the one who took my call and from the very beginning, I knew I was finally with someone I could trust. I explained to Caty my situation with the contractors and why I needed new flooring. I also explained that I was a single mom of five kids, working full time as a teacher, and have very little time (or trust) at that point. Caty worked with me and had me send her photos of the areas that needed new flooring, She then came out to my house with samples she thought would work well in that space. She was easy to work with and easy to communicate with. I now have new flooring in my kitchen, dining room, family room, stairs and entryway and it looks great! I would definitely use Kjellberg's and Caty again without hesitation.

I will recommend to family and friends. Had a good experience with sales people and installer.
