Great Service. Good price and the item ( Light Bulbs) was delivered very quickly and really well packaged. My email communication re tracking, got an immediate response from them. So pleased with first delivery that I ordered again. I would 'Recommend This Company'.

Ordered led lamps from Concordextra they arrived very quickly, well packaged, excellent quality, work perfect, small discrepancy with order that was sorted with immediate effect no quibles no arguments. Brilliant value for money, customer service is second to none, well done thank you so much.

Good prices (although the minimum p&p is quite high but if you order by quantity you can recoup the cost). I was amazed at the speed of despatch. 2 days from order to delivery! Well done.

Wow!! Excellent service and delivery experience. My partners body spray is unavailable anywhere other than ebay or amazon at inflated prices so found it on here at a very good price. Just over £1 a can so got 4 cases of it. Also browsed and found plenty of other bits and pieces as you do to add. Very cheap prices too. I was wary of ordering due to some of the reviews I had seen but took a chance anyway. So glad I did. Two days later and the order arrived today 27 July 2022. Am certainly going to spread the word and go halves with others on postage. As its a little steep £8 odd but what you save in goods make up for it. I also got plenty of freebie sachets of face cream and body cream to try. Thankyou so much.

My favourite deodorant was out of stock everywhere including Amazon - it’s the only one that I can use without irritation. Delighted to find it on ConcordExtra at a good price, ordered 12 on Sunday night and they arrived today, Tuesday. Well packaged and freebie sachets are a nice touch. I’m going to have a good look at your products and see what else I can buy!

I have placed several orders with Concord and every time they have arrived promptly carefully and securely packaged.This has been a great benefit during these times it’s been a godsend to get needed items delivered to my door.Not only does it reduce my supermarket shop but saves me money as the prices are fantastic.I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company and look forward to placing future orders.

Having read some of the reviews on CE I was hesitant in placing an order but did so all the same as the value was small (£15).
Having placed my order I received confirmation almost immediately.
I received my order 4 days days later (which included a weekend).
The order was fulfilled exactly as requested and at a very competitive price, well done CE.

I placed an order with this company then I took a look at the reviews I was a bit concerned as the reviews weren’t good …………but I’m 100% happy with this company I ordered and received within 2 days… will be using this company again. extremely good prices and only found it by searching for a product I couldn’t get anywhere else and concord extra came up. So ordered 20 boxes of what I wanted and price was far cheaper than in store as stores must have discontinued this item. 5 stars without a doubt…………

Bought some air fresheners that did not work. Money down the drain.
Contacted customer service and not even the courtesy of a reply!! VERY POOR.

Took my money bu did not supply what I had ordered. Do not answer the phone and have not replied to any of the messages I have left nor to any of my emails . Disgraceful treatment by Concordextra and needless to say will never use them again.

Really bad, as the other reviewer said- was a bit wary of them, still gave benifit of doubt. No delivery - numerous emails, phone constatly rings out, spoke once she said I would get a refund..........no refund so looked for reviews. Dont order from these people!

Didn't receive goods and they've ignored all follow up e-mails. Get the feeling this is a dodgy company!

I wouldn't trust with any large amount of money.

I always order my body sprays from here, prices are amazingly cheap, and they deliver on time. So much better than other stores!

Unless you are happy to not receive your Full order / your order in time / a reply to your email / or a Refund. I have been emailing them about a £10 (which is stupidly low) refund for just under a year. They came back to me a few times providing un-useful (ridiculous) and relevant information, completely missing (or rather ignoring!..) the point that 'I have been waiting for a refund for 10 items i bought' - AND 'have been waiting for months..', and they have since completely ignored my emails. I am still going (keep emailing them), now I kinda just want to clogg up their inbox and hopefully annoy them or make them feel bad for working there and doing this to us (that is if there is any human left working there!..) So disappointed and disgusted as my previous two experience buying from them weren't so bad - but obviously I would never go back because they have shown their true colours ''take your money and good-bye have a good day even if the item you just paid for doesnt work/is broken, not our problem''

Was a bit hesitant looking at the reviews as process seemed so reasonable. Went ahead and put in a small order to test it and was very happy with the service. I got everything I ordered for a great price, it arrived quickly and I received a text with who my delivery driver was that morning. Will definitely become a regular customer.

I was wary at first, not having heard of ConcordExtra previously, but took a chance and am glad I did. the items arrived a couple of days later. Cannot fault the service, will likely order again.
