Stay away from this company! I placed order online and paid £6.95 for next day delivery. Received phone call TWO days after order to confirm address! Order was incomplete and this wasn't mentioned in phone call either, if I had known I would've cancelled whole order! Delivery note says refund but one month on still waiting for nearly £15 of my money back!!!!!!
Emails ignored so I will take it further!!!

I ordered two aftershaves from Concordextra, which were intended as Christmas gifts. However, when the parcel arrived and the courier handed it to me, I immediately noticed that it was soaking wet. It smelt strongly of aftershave and it dripped all over my carpet as I carried it in. I carefully opened the soaking wet parcel in my kitchen and it was immediately apparent that two unboxed glass bottles had been placed together in a white envelope and then shoddily wrapped in a black bin liner with tape. The bottles were smashed and all of the wrapping (i.e. an envelope and a black bin liner) were soaked. The parcel must have also leaked in the courier's van. One of the bottles was completely empty, but both of the aftershaves had leaked, as both had badly damaged lids with sharp jagged holes in the middle. I emailed Concordextra and attached a photograph of the mess. I requested a refund, but they didn't reply. In the end, I contacted PayPal. I had to open a dispute. Concordextra chose to ignore PayPal's emails, which seemed extremely unprofessional. PayPal had to refund my money themselves. I would advise others to avoid Concordextra.

Received the items before expected time.

My goods arrived soon enough but with no warning or email notification - so that i had no idea when they had even been dispatched. First thing i noticed when they turned up was they had been re-packaged in bubble wrap, by Royal Mail, because Concord's packaging had split and burst open at the bottom. There was an apology by Royal Mail but i could see immediately that it was the nasty cheap packaging that Concord Extra had used to send my order... Just an ordinary, barely big enough and very thin 'jiffy-bag,' for an order of four large, heavy bottles!! No wonder the bag had burst and the contents spilled out. I would have lost the lot if Royal Mail had not intervened. For once, i commend the Post Office and certainly NOT this cheap, uncaring Company. I don't know what possessed them to do such a stupid thing and i'm bewildered after seeing all the good reviews on here. However, I personally could never trust using them again.

Concordextra - Brilliant. I've made quite a few purchases from them, both direct from their website and via their ebay store and have never been let down. My parcels have always arrived intact, carefully packaged and on time. They offer a wide range of items such as toiletries, household cleaners, pet food etc, to stationary and even such things as fishing accessories all at really good prices. I really can't praise this company enough. They get my complete 'seal of approval'. Give them a try, I really believe that you will not be disappointed.

Thank you. Received my order the next day!! Great service and extremely good value. The face cream is the best I have ever found. At 99p thats not bad!!!! First got it in Lidl and couldn't find it anywhere after they did it as a "one off". Other great offers too. Great company.

Order took 4 days to arrive, paid £6.95 for next day delivery, obviously Friday, Saturday & Sunday don't exist. Ordered Thursday not delivered until Monday afternoon.
