Poor Service! Havent received goods even after 2 weeks!
I had ordered for some body scrub and shampoo. I did receive a mail on 24th Jan'2012 saying that the items have been dispatched! But I haven't received them yet even after more than 2 weeks! On calling the customer support I was told that they had indeed posted it via Royal mail normal post with no tracking information! Royal mail has confirmed that it is impossible to track such items and its sure gone for a toss! I now have to wait for 2 more weeks before they can even think of refunding which I at least hope they will. They could as well charge a proper delivery fee and do it properly.

Unfortunately some orders are lost in post. Royal mail have a policy that we can not claim for any lost orders for 15 working days. This order was fully refunded.
