I have purchased 2 items from this company and the customer service has been outstanding. Kept me informed from purchase to my receipt and checked I was happy. Beautiful items, gorgeously packaged. One is a gift and I can't wait to see the face of my friend she'll be so delighted. I'd definitely buy again, hopefully many times!

Katherine James Jewellery provided me with excellent service from start to finish more than once.

During the sale, I had bought a ring but I then regretfully had to cancel the order. The communication I received from the business was prompt, professional and understanding. A refund was issued in a timely manner too.

I later bought a ring, which I have received, and had an excellent experience doing so. The team communicated with me on timelines as I was getting it resized. They also double checked that everything was correct and the colour box I wanted before finalising the order. Once the ring was ready to be sent, I was notified to know to look out for it in the post the next day.

The ring arrived beautifully presented and looked just as excellent as it had online - a testament to accuracy of the pictures in the website.

I am already looking forward to hopefully ordering another item from this business!!

I have only praise for this company. I usually use a local jeweller but they hadn’t been able to source the colour of aquamarine I wanted to match an edwardian necklace I have. This aquamarine ring came up on Facebook and I’d been following Katherine James Jewellery for a while, so pieces came up in my news feed.
I saw a new stunning, simple solo aquamarine set in 18ct gold with such intense hues. I couldn’t believe it, so immediately purchased it!
The website and additional sizing instructions were easy to navigate. I was slightly anxious having never bought anything online before for that value, but was soon reassured when I received a personalised email to thank me for my order and to confirm my sizing would take approximately 2 weeks.
I received updated emails on my rings progress and then this morning I received my stunning ring.
I was entirely taken aback by the quality of packaging and the care that had gone into thinking through this process.. the anticipation, the excitement of unwrapping, to go through all the exquisite layers, finally to your purchase!
I will definitely consider buying again and find their pricing to be extremely reasonable and comparable.

KJJ have been absolutely wonderful.
I originally started looking online for the perfect ring and found their website, now with them being on the other side of the Country to me, I had to enquire about the delivery process.
I found a mobile number on the website that said they could be contacted there and I texted it. I received a reply within minutes and the response was quite casual and friendly. It felt like I was texting someone I had known for a while.
They explained that all deliveries within the UK only took 1/2 working days and that was perfect, as I was planning on needing the ring within a week. They even offered to send a free ring-sizer so that if I did not fit my better-half’s finger, they would arrange to get it resized.
I ordered the ring the same day I found it and it was delivered 2 days later.
I have to compliment their packaging as well, it arrived in parcel bag that did NOT give away what was inside (bonus points there). Inside this was a beautifully presented box that included a KJJ branded envelope that contained the bill and this was sealed with a KJJ branded sticker. The ring was placed perfectly in the centre and looked so delicate, this was accompanied by the ring-sizer which was placed within a lovely, small velvet drawstring bag.
KJJ have really blown me away with this ring, their professionalism has been absolutely too-notch and for the price you pay, you are receiving incredible quality that I am confident will last for years.

I stumbled across KJJ while randomly browsing Instagram. From placing the order to opening the jewellery box & seeing my vintage sapphire ring, the total process is only about a week. Incredible that the ring was transported from London to tropical Singapore in such a short period of time.

Claire is the friendliest online shop customer service specialist I have ever met; she's also very professional. I would highly recommend KJJ to friends and family.

I had been looking for a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring as a gift to myself as sapphire is my birthstone. I found a beautiful ring on the KJJ website and purchased straight away. Claire got in contact right away with useful information and asked my preferences for ring size and the colour of the box. I received my ring promptly and it was so beautiful! But then....I saw another ring on KJJ a few months later and remembered reading that you could trade up your ring using the initial price paid for the ring. I went for it! Claire was amazing again and I am so in love with my ring. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a large aquamarine and diamond ring from from Katherine for my wife's 40th birthday. I work in the UK from time to time but live in the US, and the transaction here could not have been any easier. Katherine and her team are excellent communicators, do exactly what they say they will (and promptly), and helped with every need along the way. Months after we received the ring, we had a small issue with the setting, and Katherine not only gave us quick guidance on how to address but also paid the jeweler's bill here in the US for the fix, without us so much as asking. I was surprised and impressed. Well done and beautiful product. We will be repeat customers!

Excellent service. I ordered over the Christmas period, received an email from Claire straight away advising me when I could expect delivery of my item. Sure enough my jewellery was sent as soon as promised and arrived the next day. Just as I’d hoped it would be from the pictures I had seen. Very pleased with my purchase.

Katherine and her team have been nothing short of wonderful! Over the last year I have consistently had the most exceptional service, that has always had that personal touch, which is rare these days. Whenever, I have discussed with Katherine what it is I need, she has always got back to me promptly and answered any questions I had.

As for the jewellery itself, it has never failed to please! I have brought several pieces and I am pleased to say, that they have always looked as they were presented on Instagram. In fact, I only wish that I could afford to buy every piece of jewellery on the website!

We discovered Katherine quite serendipitously after we got engaged. The whole experience was seamless from
start to finish. Her approach is beyond helpful and attention to detail second to none. She is also fun and engaging to work with. In our case she created something semi bespoke for us and the end result is a timeless ring that I will wear and treasure forever. It was such an enjoyable process and nothing is ever too much trouble for Katherine and her team. My heart still skips a beat every time I look at my hand.

The best ring I have ever owned!!! The comments I have received have been glow worthy!! I bought the most gorgeous Sapphire and Diamond ring from Katherine and the admiration is real….. I went to buy a new car and even the Salesman commented ‘OMG your ring!’ It really does attract a lot of attention. I’m now considering changing the diamonds for slightly larger ones to enhance the beautiful Sapphire to its full potential, Katherine has been so helpful. Thank you Katherine, can’t wait to see what it’s going to look like in its next stage!

I'm mega impressed with the service here! I've bought two rings now and pleased to receive free postage and most of all free ring re-sizing. My first purchased was refunded in good time with no quibble - I received advice from their staff on the types of engagement ring available for my now fiancée :D Thank you Katherine James x

I found Katherine James on Instagram, by accident, and I have been stalking their gorgeous items for months. Did I ever think I would order a ring online NOT being able to see it or touch it or see it on my finger? NO. BUT... I saw positive reviews and figured it was time to get with the new way of shopping. I ordered a gorgeous ring and I can tell you that I never once worried about anything. I got emails right away from a lovely woman, named Claire. She was so helpful and informative and patient and the communication was AMAZING and all things wonderful! She had my ring resized and in the mail immediately and before I could read her emails (due to the time difference), that ring was ON my doorstep. Beautifully packaged and PERFECT in every way (just like Mary Poppins). I cannot recommend KJJ.ROCKS enough. I am a fan for life and I will buy from them again as soon as another piece calls out to me.

I did not find these guys on the internet. I did look at many sites and then I had a word of mouth recommendation from a trusted friend. My main concern was about buying jewels over the internet and receiving either nothing, or some poor quality items. I contacted the team directly by email to enquire about my preferences, Katherine gave me advice and then left me alone (try that with others, you will never, ever get away!!!). I kept searching and found what I wanted on the KJJ Site. Wow, I cried like a baby this afternoon when I received my ring. It is truly beautiful. Top quality and everything I hoped it would be. The communication and service was completely customer focused. I want to write more and I want to post a picture, but this ring is for a very special occasion next March. We tried it for the fit (utterly perfect) and then lovingly re-boxed and wrapped it until that time comes. I cannot wait! I will post pictures when I am able next March. My partner surprised me with a ring I had seen on KJJ, there really are some beautiful pieces.
The ring took over 2 weeks to arrive, during which time we received no communication so had to make contact. We were advised it was being polished.
When it arrived it was beautifully packaged but missing a valuation document (we were advised customers don’t normally require these?)
On inspection of the ring I noticed a line and a ridge on the band. I took this to a jeweler who advised a piece of the band had been poorly replaced and the band had cracked in 2 places, which for a tiny band should have been the whole band.
For this reason we returned the ring, which was very hassle free, however we were left underwhelmed as there was no apology or acknowledgment that the ring had been repaired, which I can only think was the delay in the ring arriving. I had bought a tennis bracelet with another online vintage jeweller and it arrived the next day. Disappointed to wait 2 weeks to have to return it.

I cannot recommend Katherine James Jewellery enough. I stumbled across KJJ by chance on social media, and have been happily browsing their website for a good few months in search of an engagement ring. I had a very vague idea of what I was looking for, and the variety of beautiful rings on the website gave me a lot to mull over!

I found "the one" and immediately gave Katherine a call. Katherine was tremendous help throughout the re-sizing/buying process. I ordered a ring sizer from KJJ to doublecheck sizing.

The ring arrived beautifully packaged in a purple velvet ring box, with a certificate also enclosed. It is perfect and even more radiant in person. I love it.

I would not hesitate to recommend Katherine James Jewellery to anyone, and will be buying more pieces from KJJ in the future.
