I have been a loyal follower of a Katherine’s for many years and will continue for many more! I have some incredible pieces over the years some fine jewellery and some semi precious and costume jewellery - all have been of exceptional quality and if possible better in person! Fabulous personal service all the time and nothing is too much trouble! This lady and her company will be icons shortly! 🤩

I’d never bought jewellery online before so was a tad concerned about spending thousands of pounds. I ordered two items, one I utterly love which makes my heart sing, the other didn’t suit, I really wanted it to but it didn’t. The return was easy, hassle free and quick to refund. Since bought a number of items, great communication providing extra information and videos when requested. Customer service as it should be.

Have bought several items from Katherine over the past couple of years, including the most beautiful ring for my Mum's 60th. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough, just a lovely unique service.

By far the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I wanted to custom order a yellow sapphire ring to match my Rolex, and they answered all of my questions, carefully and patiently. Sunday evening, after work hours, you name it, they are there. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. I just placed an order for an another custom build - and I’m sure this too will not be my last purchase.

I bought my engagement ring from Katherine and I was a bit skeptical at first because of ordering online. I could not recommend her more, she rang me and eased my worries about how they deal with everything. Once ordered it arrived so quickly and and they checked to make sure I received it. The ring looks even better in person that the website! Brilliant customer service and would suggest anyone getting a ring from here!

Any bloke who doesn’t know what they’re doing when they’re buying a ring needs to come to Katherine. The whole process was effortless from start to finish.

Constant contact makes it a relaxing and fun experience, rather than daunting which was certainly what I had anticipated.

The customer service at KJJ is second to none! Choosing my first ring they were so wonderful, sending me photos and videos of my choices to make sure I chose the perfect one. The team are so friendly and knowledgeable! I am currently using their layaway service which is perfect and no-fuss, I couldn't recommend them enough and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We were looking for an engagement ring for me and I searched all over the internet until I came across KJJ. Having followed her on Instagram I felt like it was fate so I contacted her via text and had such a lovely conversation and I chose exactly what I wanted which is a beautiful Moissanite ring. From start to finish I felt like I was talking to a friend, received pictures and responses in a timely manner and my ring came within 2 weeks by special delivery. I’m over the moon with it so thank you to the whole team for making my dream come true.

Really brilliant customer service! I bought a ring from them last year and I was little bit apprehensive to buy expensive jewellery I hadn’t seen in person. However it all went very smoothly and the ring was beautiful! Unfortunately it didn’t sit right with my engagement ring so I have to return it but they made this very simple and I got the money back very quickly! 100% recommend!

Katherine and Rachel are fabulous to work with and even though I was incredibly fussy (I returned my first ring because the colour was a bit paler than I wanted), they quickly provided a new ring, which was just spectacular! Don’t hesitate to buy from them - the high street is no match for their designs, prices and customer service.

Just before our 15th Wedding Anniversary my husband presented me with the ultimate surprise, an eternity ring... with a difference. The beautiful old cut diamond and sapphire target ring was perfect, the most sparkly ring with an incredible central diamond, a vintage feel (which I love) and three circles to represent my husband, son and myself. I wear this ring every day and not a day goes by that I can't quite believe that this exquisite ring is mine. The ring was a little big and Katherine went out of her way to have it re-sized and returned to me in a day, such amazing customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katherine and her beautiful jewellery and I feel very lucky to own this piece.

I have made a number of purchases from Katherine and I have been blown away by the exceptionally high level of service each time. I am particularly pleased with my latest purchase, a beautiful Blue Topaz and Diamond Daisy ring, it's utterly beautiful and wonderful quality. The communication from Katherine and her team is top notch, I received my re-sized ring quickly and the beautiful packaging it arrived in made it even more of a thrill to receive. My daughter picked the colour of the box an it looks absolutely stunning. I could not recommend Katherine James Jewellery enough and am already looking forward to my next purchase with them!

From meeting Katherine and James in London over g&t’s, looking over her treasures and then finding the ring, it was everything we could have hoped for.
Her selection of jewels is second to none, stunning rings that you simply won’t find anywhere else. Anything you want, she can do it.
Katherine’s advice, guidance and suggestions were amazing - even going to the ladies toilets to look at it sparkle in the the light and the mirrors - she really understands what you’re looking for and pulls out rings that you didn’t even know you’d want.

Wow, this is probably the hardest review to write, as there is nothing bad to say at all! From start to finish, the journey with Katherine is superb. She has such a wonderful collection of jewellery, from large to small, and everything you could want in-between. There is vintage and scarcely found, to wonders of modern design all under one roof, to suit every budget.

I have been lucky enough to have purchased rings (or rocks, as I like to call them) from Katherine, and a few sets of beautiful vintage earrings. The quality and price is second to none. The jewels are show stoppers, everywhere I go, everyone asks me where they are from and how do they get one.

I've also been lucky enough to live near Katherine, and been able to try on quite a few items, which is just fabulous. Rocks have also been delivered via insured post, and it's super quick.

The entire service is impeccable, the customer journey is a joy and the knowledgable advice that Katherine provides is top-notch. This is the only jeweller I will use now, and my friends are now following suit. It is a dream to finally find a trustworthy, high quality jeweller that is focussed on you, and your needs.

I just wish I could buy everything from her!
