The loveliest ring and equally loveliest customer care
My partner ordered me the most beautiful Diamond Art Deco ring as a surprise - I’d sent him a link a while back (lol 😜) unfortunately it was too big for me so I had to send it back to be re-sized. I’d initially contacted KJ via Facebook messenger to enquire about returning my ring to be re-sized. Very quickly I got the loveliest response from the team who assured me they would be happy to re-size my ring. They responded with clear instructions and information in the kindest no hassle way. When my ring was on the way back to me, there were major issues with Royal Mail. I regularly spoke with Rachel who again was so lovely and responsive and very quick to sort this out. My ring and the beautiful box it arrived in are absolutely stunning ❤️ I’ve already enquired with the ladies about a band to go with my ring (I feel like I know them!) I will always check out Kj rocks and recommend them to any one looking for a lovely jeweller ❤️

I fainted when I saw my ring....
I love it, no scratch that, I adore it.
Smelling salts had to be employed!
And, oh my word the packaging!! Its lush, so luxurious and beautifully presented.
I felt like I was the Queen opening such a regal box, with the lovely pink tissue paper and the little pink sticker to hold it together.
Then nestled in the bottom is the gorgeous velvet box with my ring inside it.
Its absolutely exquisitely presented Katherine and I would buy another ring just to go through the pleasure of opening it again.
Thank you so so much Katherine and your lovely team who made it all happen in the background.
I'm a dedicated KJ customer now, as not only are the pieces you sell of "top drawer" quality, the prices are within ordinary people's budget. I wouldn't buy jewellery off anyone else now that I've been spoiled by the KJ experience.
