Had a problem with the door furniture on a door supplied by Klar. Basically a part broke when I overtighten a screw. One of those parts that costs pennies, but was impossible for me to find online. Klar were able to source and send the replacement part free of charge. So, top marks for outstanding customer service.

Absolutely first class service and great windows. What prompted me to write this review, is even 2 years after my purchase, I required a few minor spare parts for some alterations that I was carrying out and after a simple email, the team sourced and sent me the bits my contractors needed at no extra charge, thank you Klar, from a very happy customer.

We ordered a Klar window and door in mid March 2023. It is now mid/late June, and are still awaiting delivery of the items.
We initially had a delivery date in April, it was over a week late before I tried to contact Klar to understand where the items were. They were unable to tell me. I managed to get hold of the delivery company and they told me that the items were broken.
The Klar support team (who were very nice when we actually got to speak to them) were unable to give me updates on the item, on numerous occasions didn't reply to emails or call back when they said they would, so were not much help.
The broken items were delivered kerbside, leaving broken glass all over the public pavement which we were left to clean up.
They have ordered a replacement package to be sent, and yet again this is now delayed again, with no updates from Klar. Yet again I am left chasing the delivery partners to try and understand where the door and window are. We have now been told it will be "delivered tomorrow" for the third time.
Klar really need to choose better delivery suppliers because it has overall been an awful experience. Our extension is now delayed at great expense to us, leaving my pregnant wife and myself in rented accommodation for over a month longer than we needed to be. Klar have not offered any compensation for the expense they have caused us.
I can't comment on the quality of the product as we are still waiting for non-broken items over 3 months after our initial order.

You had told on ypur website that I could change the order within 24hrs by email. I sent an email within 24 hrs but could not get an answer. Today I called the phone number and was told that it is impossible to change the order.
Great company to deal with, kept up to date on estimated manufacturing and delivery, which was within a few days accurate. Unfortunately, despite being well packaged, one item was damaged in transit - Klar remanufactured this, provided details of when it was due to be manufactured, it just arrived ahead of schedule. On top of the high customer service very happy with the quality and price.
Very easy to order with clear options to choose from and from previous experience - a great product delivered on time in perfect condition!
