Great experience
I ordered some windows in white for my summerhouse. My first "wow" impression was when I saw how smooth and transparent the ordering process is. I adjusted everything according to my needs and immediately say the final price.

I had an order of 12 windows 2 glass walls and some patio doors. the quality of the windows was first class and the fitting was straight forward. i have recommended Klar to all my builder friends, and they are all impressed with the quality of this product.

Very pleased, will order again.
I had two window deliveries to a difficult site up a mountain last winter. One was delayed by 3 weeks but there was alot of disruption in Europe at the time. Even so, the delivery time frame was much faster than several UK suppliers I contacted. All the windows arrived packaged and protected and they fit perfectly. I am very pleased with the finish, quality and performance. The online ordering process and after sales help was great, I'll be using Klar again when I start renovating my barn.

Great service, price and quality
After a lot of research I finally bought an aluminium/wood window from Klar for my new garden room. They were offering an amazing deal and I was slightly concerned the quality would be compromised. I needn't have been however as the window has now arrived and is an excellent product.
I have had a number of questions throughout the ordering process and also about installation - all of which have been dealt with efficiently and patiently by their super helpful team - particularly Jonas.
I would definitely recommend Klar and their products.
If I had a slight criticism, they could provide some better information on how to install their windows - for the benefit of those less experienced in installing wood/alu type windows. Any you also need to be aware that these windows - as is convention in Scandinavia - do NOT come with a cill - and they do not supply them. You need to source and buy your own alumimium profile locally if you chose the cill packer option. I think they should consider making these available via their site to make things easier for the customer. I would still definitely buy again though.

Window scrapes on the frame
The windows does not close properly. It is not put in place straight. So it scrapes on the frame. This issues arose in one of two windows ordered.
