Good product to a decent price
Good product to a decent price. Had some scratches in aluminium profiles not visible without unpacking, did not unpack until final destination (Sthlm archipelago), so found it a bit late. Otherwise good finish and fit. Will fill the desired function well.

Great disapointment...
Great online presence and marketing. However, the french door I have ordered has been delivered without its keys and door handle. A bubble of air has also formed under the paint - something I would NOT have expected to happen and this is even before the installation. And of course, no quick response or resolution for days since I raised the issue. I am quite disappointed at a time when you need to install the doors.

Absolutely not advisable
Highly recommended that not even think to consider to buy a product from klarvinduer, even if it gets for free. Klar is the company which does not give value to the customers and their wishes, money about the product. There were more than three highly visible damages on the windows which we ordered, however, the responsible customer care team does not want to give any solution on it as they say it is allowed to have damages like that. But we did not see any comments or terms and conditions on the website explaining about the allowed damages when we order it. everything they say when we are about to claim the damages and its right away denied to do something. And the great part of my experience is, the product has delivered with no prior information about the time they deliver. finally i have got faulty product from klar which i have paid for a good product.

As we talked about earlier this day, I am sorry that we did not informed you about the delivery 2. Time that’s not okay and I will check up on our procedure for that. On the first delivery where you denied the elements, the procedure for informing you should have been followed I can see.
The damages you referee to are minor scratches on the side where windows industries in general use for secure the elements to the pallet for transportation. This outer sides (bottom top and sides) around the element is hidden when the element are installed. These sides are not visual in the same standard as what becomes visual after installing.
We still provide you with full warranty for the product and you are always welcome to contact KLAR vinduer if you should have further questions
