Ordered my lateral flow test on the 22/10 for day 2 test it’s now 27th still haven’t received this yet Hermes delivery totally rubbish I should be testing today but this won’t happen emailed Klarity said it whould be here

I was having issues changing our time to be within 72 hours. With a few emails it was resolved with ease

The app wouldn't work and there is no way to send the video of yourself doing the test.
There is no way of asking for help. There is no email address to ask for help.
You are left high and dry in a foreign country with no way of getting your test to fly a complete disaster.
In the end we sent via the app everything but the video and you still issued us certificates without a video of us taking the test. What a joke.

My order came on time for the purpose of travelling with my family. Very reasonable price for antigen test. My children’s test result came through email. I would recommend Klarity service to friends

Found my experience with Klarity very easy and I got my results within a few minutes- would definitely use this service again.

We used 6 tests and had issues with 4 of them! With two of the lateral flow tests we took we had issues with the app which prevented us from submitting the videos/results. When we finally got our certificates, the time stamp was wrong on all of them. The two pcr tests we took guaranteed results within 48hrs - we sent the tests on Sunday and didn’t get the last test result back until the following Friday!! This was after numerous chasers. The teams excuse was that because we sent the tests on a Sunday, this causes a delay. If this is the case they should put a note on the website (as any travellers arriving in the UK on Friday would need to take a day 2 test on Sunday).

Tests came in two days, and popped them in case for return journey. I messed up the video part (completely my own fault) but emailed customer service, panicking that we woulnt get a code to get home, and having to run to the bar, for a large one ! But to my delight had a reply within 30 minutes, and all was put right with codes a few minutes later. Cant ask for more than that really !!!

Very good tests, not very clear how to send the test from abroad, worked it out in the end, videotaping you taking the test was not an easy job , but managed, took the pr test on return home after 5 days . Easy to do .
The price was extortion though

Absolute waste of time and money. App didn't work for most of the time. Can't post from abroad without filling in detailed shipping form and paying excess postage. Don't waste your time or money.
Would give no stars if possible.

Quick and easy....I was at the foot of the atlas mountains..got a phone,did the test...ta da results back before I had finished my flat bread and mint tea.....fantastic service

quick easy test, results within the hour

1) Recorded the video whilst doing the test but it failed to upload onto the app
2) re-did the test using the App's own camera but just re-used the same kit and pretended to do the test
3) When the app asked to upload a photo of the result, I could've used any passed test kit - not a failed one
Pointless expensive exercise

App is a little clunky, but had no issues, and covid certificate was issued shortly after submission.
